I Made a Card Game (with AI Artwork) 

This is what Ai should be used for. Heck I use it to help me write my scripts. The problem is big companies seem to think this is an acceptable stand in for a human. An ai by itself is at about 25-50% efficiency compared to the average human for almost any task that doesn’t require computation. However a human utilising Ai as a tool is in my personal opinion several 100x more efficient than a human without access to an ai. Konami for instance should be doing this with Yugioh. Don’t fire any artists but give them all full access to whatever Ai Konami deems the best fit for image and text generation and then instead of having a whole team of artists work on a card set you could have each individual artist crank out a set by themselves. More cards means more sales, as long as we are talking about the big already established card games

Looks great! How does copyright/patent work for AI art in a TCG you create if you want to publish and sell on a site like Kickstarter?

I created an original card game from scratch. Do I try to patent it? Is it worth the money? I amin Canada. I am hoping to sell it on amazon

Pay an artist to redo the artwork on these cards if you want to sell this game. AI generated images are fine for playtesting, but you should definitely not try to sell anything with AI generated images, since what you are doing is hurting the community of actual artists.
