My mom's godmother was a seamstress for Karl Lagerfeld He begged her to not leave the atelier. Her wedding dress was amazing She died last year, this short made me emotional. Thank you
@@deepikakiro8575 no it wasn't Alia Bhatt was made by real pearls but it was inspired by dua lipa dress which was made by the designer in the 90s or 80s or something and dua lipa is wearing the original one that's what I heard

He was the second worse thing to happen to Chanel aside from Chanel herself getting rich selling to Nazi soldiers during WWII while all other luxury brand owners in Paris stopped production to help the war efforts. He's made comments that were derogatory about immigrants, sexual assault victims, women, overweight people, the list goes on. He spoke out against the me too movement, said women who leave the house in sweat pants have just given up on life...he's a class A jerk!

Actually designers are the ones who get invited first and they bring the celebrities. And each designer / celebrity has to be approved by the board. So if he is not a big name his work will never be there.

I am dumbfounded. That dress is so beautiful. I've always loved Jackie O's pink suit with black trim. When I think Chanel, I automatically think of that era. Your design is so classic & beautiful. Your finished piece screams Audrey Hepburn in Funny Face or Roman Holiday.
