Clean it up further (like add a bigger white board to hide the crabk, and to bring some uniformity, but keep enough of the gaps that you can still hint at the mechanism inside), and send her a perfectly looping gif to use!

I did try hiding the gaps but it added more friction and the letters had a harder time moving downwards （>﹏

@@vzdroidplayz My two suggestions as a craftsman are to use a white, non-friction substance like card sleeve plastic or lamination wax; OR, you could just cut a vertical slit into a square of paper for the mechanism to go up and down.

@@iamsimple9716 That's a very smart and clean solution. I could use the shrimp up and down mechanism from the left side, and then insert the letters inside the card sleeves to hold it, instead of using the seesaw mechanism I originally used for the letters. I could use it next time for a cleaner straight vertical movement instead of a circular(seesaw mechanism) vertical movement, Thank youu!!
