I made an amazingly unique Cheesy Yam Toast 🍞 

I've made this toast and its explosively amazing ❤️
[ Cheesy Yam Toast ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🍳 500g Yam
🍳 100g Purple Sweet Potato
🍳 40g Condensed Milk
🍳 50g Caster Sugar
🍳 60ml Milk
🍳 1 loaf Sandwich Toast (Used 8 slices in this recipe)
🍳 Mozzarella cube
🍳 1 Egg
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Cut yam and purple sweet potato into slices
2. Steam them until they're all soft for about 30 minutes
3. Place the steamed yam and sweet potato into a bowl
4. Add in caster sugar, condensed milk & milk while its hot
5. Mast them until the smoothness you desire
6. Remove the sides of the sandwich
7. Use a rolling pin to flatten the sandwich
8. Beat an egg and set aside
9. Cut the mozzarella into sticks
10. Spread the yam paste sparingly on half side of the sandwich
11. Place mozzarella sticks on top of the yam paste
12. Brush the egg wash around the sandwich and fold into half
13. Make a few cuts on top of the sandwich
14. Brush the surface of the sandwich with egg wash
15. Pop into a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes
