What do you mean you "really have to tank" in order to survive pkers now? PvMers literally have never had it easier when it comes to surviving against PKers. Just the mere fact that Revs(and most of the wildly) is the new form of singles+ is ALONE an absolutely massive buff to PvMer survivability, no more tanking multiple pkers and multiple specs. Ive seen COUNTLESS clueless PvMers just sit there with protect from magic up the ENTIRE TIME theyre in the caves, and the entire time a PKer in a very high DPS setup(or full max) is on them and yet they still live a half TB easily. You literally dont even have to bring hides, ive seen people using something like torags top/veracs skirt+serp helm+DFS killing revs with chainmace tank a half TB against someone in max mage+max bowfa setup(with claws and fang) even though the dude just camped pray mage the entire time. Mind you, thats without even considering the fact that Dinhs is still insanely OP. Anyone who has more than 2 brain cells that can tank and pray against a PKer half decently can EASILY live almost any pker in any setup, all you have to do is bring a half decent tank setup(maybe 8-10m risk) and a dinhs and youre basically unkillable.

@@Handcannon77I bring a mage switch and pray augury to freeze and gap. Ain’t bringing a bulwark. Can log escape before the 2:30 even needed for half tb. Praying mage is only for keeping my hp overhealed cuz the rev mage attacks are more accurate and can freeze you.

bruh, homie risked 2.5b the entire video. his risk is insane, and he got chanced by a dude in void robes lmao. granted it was dino but anyone could get as good as him with practice

@@JamesGaoist Yes, obviously bringing freezes is the most reliable way to easily get away but there are a lot of PvMers who are too nooby to even do that. Which is why a lot of them just camp mage pray in full tank gear, and still easily live..its as braindead as you can get and yet its still insanely effective even against good PKers in max. Its crazy how easy Jagex has made it for PvMers to live, if youre actually any good at the game and bring a decent setup with you, you should basically be near unkillable whilst killing Revs.

Hey, so basically I'd open with a claw spec and if I think they'll pray melee I'd voidwaker spec (hits with mage) to KO them. It's just a 50/50 guessing game if they'll pray melee or mage though!

D scim spec is big brain af lmao? Bro that was literally the most common tactic for every singles team back in the old wildy. One person in max slash accuracy+good mage gear as the TBer Dscim specs them and TBs, then falls back in and lets the maxer's focus the kill.

@@Handcannon77 yeah in multi to dump dps specs, but using it to get full tb is taking it a step further I never even considered. Most teams just spear and don't even bother with dscim anyway, unless theyre ancient macing. I thought it was clever, it's really not that big of a deal m8

@@itsOZone No im not talking about multi lol, I said SINGLES teams aka not multi pkers. In the old wildy(aka before singles+ when you could much more easily PJ) every SINGLES team had at least one designated TBer who would gear in max slash accuracy(warr helm, tort, avernic etc.) to hit the scim spec, then swap to max mage accuracy to land the full TB. This was quite literally the "meta" for basically 5+ years in OSRS, D scim speccing people isnt even remotely new...teams were even doing it back in 2007 lmao.
