Carrot stew! One thing I really liked is the fact that you tasted it and admitted it needed some salt, other food content creators make me think they don't ever taste their food and it never needs extra salt!

I had been making carrot Stew since 2013. Whatever tomato can cook carrot can cook it. For sour taste you add a little lime or lemon to it. A delicious meal.

So I did end up making this and omg!!! One I made so much and the ingredients were so inexpensive. We will have food for several days but the taste!!! I ended up adding a Maggie cube. Probably was overkill but the taste omg!!! I just started learning how to make west African meals and I swear every time I’m highly amazed at how delicious everything turns out. I used ground beef and potatoes but you can add beans or veggies to make it vegetarian. Delicious❤
