As an illustrator and sculptor myself, I generally don't buy other artist's work (and I never really got into Pokemon either), but I have never wanted to buy someone's work more than I want to buy these sculptures right now! Excellent work! Thank you for this!
No, thank you for checking out one of my older projects! I have taken a look at your illustration videos! Massive respect! You have some serious talent. Thanks for sticking with this video, my editing back then was.... rough
It’s a small detail, but the shifted tile in the chateau is what solidified the beauty of this entire project. Amazing work. You created a fan out of me.
Thank you Robert! Really kind of youbto say. I really want to get back to doing more pokemon (real pokeon) dioramas in the future. A few other videos on the channel you might also like too, more to come. Hopefully they might convince you into becoming a subscriber 😉
I think these are my favourite designs for the ghost trio, as realistic designs and all designs in general. Going back and looking at the photos after watching this and noticing more and more of the details was really cool!
Thank you shade! I wanted to make them look a little more scary than their on screen and in game counterparts. I can totally see what you mean. I have plans to make a certain dark dragon type pokémon in the same style at some point in the future. Hopefully you are subscribed and will watch future videos as they come out. Thank you for watching and commenting :)
Thank you Silvers! I really want to go back and do more of these more real/horror versions of Pokémon evolutions. Maybe one day. Oooh on cards, that would be cool
These are absolutely horrifying, I love them. Is there anything you can’t do dude 😂 after you’d finished the model I saw you start building the house and it looks amazing. Stellar work and on my favourite pokemon too 😍
Thanks S T A N! Cutting all those lolly pop sticks was a pain, but it was worth it in the end! Gengar and his pre evolutions are probably my favorite pokémon too. Really want to do more pokemon in this style in the future. Thanks for watching and commenting on another video 😀
Thanks Adam. Definalty have lots more plans for Pokémon in the future. A few videos to do before I get back to them, but will come back to them for sure. Thanks for watching another video, and for taking the time to comment 😀
@Carlos Guevara. That has made my day. Thank you. Really kind words. I'm only one year on now from putting my work here on youtube, and I don't think I put out videos regularly enough yet for it to be shared about a lot by the algorithm. New video out in a week or so. Cheers man
Sheesh, captured the evolution practically perfectly. Once again cool to see how you’re always trying to improve your work. Btw when should we expect the next upload? A couple months or so? How ever much it takes is fine as long as you’re all good and we get to see more killer content!
Thank you Potato Addict! This project was quite involved. Took forever to cut those lollipop sticks! Starting a new project this week, a it's a few months off being recorded and edited. Hopefully it won't be too long until its all finished and uploaded. Thanks for watching another video and for the kind words :)
I can totally see that! Did you check out my Squig video? Take a look, he was great fun to make....anything with lots of teeth s great fun to make to be honest! Thanks for watching and commenting :)
Hi T. Unfortunately not. But st some point I'm going to have to do a 'give away' of some of my sculptures as I am running out of display space! Thanks for watching and commenting, hopefully you are subscribed and will stick around for more videos in the future :)
Thank you ]INDY DC[ you are too kind. More videos to come, hopefully you are subscribed and will be around to see them too! Until then, check out some of my other videos if you have time ;) Thanks for watching and commenting :)
Thank you@@indyX5 feel free to share my videos with your friends and like minded people. I have anther pokemon video that i want to make in the future... theres a particular Dark Dragon that needs to be on my self ;) Thanks you again for watching
@@vidfreak727 I might use the painted one as the base for mine as the joints are already made of black plastic so any paint rub won't show in the future. Always liked spawn, but never got really into it
Wow thank you. I would start with a subject matter that you are passionate about, use good quality clay (super sculpey is fantastic) and get a wax carving tool set online to work with :)
Do you do commissions? Cuz I would love either this sitting on my shelf or even a Space Marine figure converted into Sevatar or any other Night Lord. Keep up the fantastic work!
@@BlindedbyDaylight you’re quite alright I appreciate the pleasant response =) can’t wait to see what you have planned next; if you would like an idea I’d love to see your skill on a plague marine or a night lord 👍🏻
Dude....would you ever be willing to do commissions? Is that something you've considered or is it not your style? I would happily pay and wait for any amount of time just to have another pokemon (Sneasel) done in your style on display in my game case. I understand not being able to do it because of many reasons but I simply couldnt resist asking.
Hi Praying Lotus. I am not familiar with who they are, but a number of years ago there were some amazing images of 'what if pokémon were real' floating about on the Internet. I don't know who the original artists were sadly as it was some amazing stuff and really stuck with me and I really wanted to make my take on the idea with some of my favourite pokémon. There is a really good chance that the two people you mentioned might have been the originators of those pictures. Really want to do more of these in the future. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment.
@@BlindedbyDaylight oh no no no lol. Those two are also sculptors on RU-vid. N. O. B. Has just been doing some Pokémon stuff lately, and JackJack has a very similar style to this one that you’ve just done. I was thinking maybe you saw them both and got inspiration from them, but I didn’t know there were more realistic versions of Pokémon, which I think would be cool to do more, in addition to the space marines
@@PrayingLotus I really do want to get back to my ideas book as I have plans for more pokemon sculptures. Just checked out both channels. Amazing stuff!! Thanks for pointing me their way. Although I would say that my video is 9 months old now. North of the boarder has only recently been doing pokémon sculpts...
@@BlindedbyDaylight LMAO I didn't even notice the date. I watched this video before I fell asleep last night, and was like "oh I can see where an idea might have come from." But now that you say that, maybe he took inspiration from you! But yeah, I watch a TON of different hobby channels, including yours, for inspiration on what I can do with my hobby stuff. I make gundam models, and I wanted to make more custom ones, so I take in as much information as I can, from a bunch of different sources, then kinda make it my own.
@@PrayingLotus amazing! Do you have an Instagram account where we can see your work? Add me on there so I can see! I have a Death Sythe custom languishing in a box somewhere that I started.....many many years ago. Should get back to it to at least finish what I started. Also, thanks for watching my videos. Hopefully you will stick around to see more in the future 😀
