Awesome work dude.. Your skills with this medium are so good! The squig looks like such a happy camper and the gobbo rider such a mean little b*st*rd ('',)
Thank you so much! He is definitely one of my favourite sculptures I have ever made. Teeth. Sculptures with lots of sharp fangs and teeth are so much fun to do. Thanks again for watching and commenting 🙂
One day I will be as good as you. May not be today, tomorrow, this week, this month, or even this year, but the raw skill on display has 100% lit a fire in me. I want to make stuff this rad from scratch, damn it!
Thank you Steven Ross! If you liked this video then you might just like a few other videos on the channel too! More to come. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment 🙂
Thanks Victor Perez! Really kind of you to say. I can't see if you are subscribed or not, hopefully so as there are more videos to come. Hit me up on instagram and share your work!
I am so glad you pointed me to this vid, i don't have the words . Hands, eyes......the detail is awesome. Kronan Da Kunnin would approve of this squig and call it tiddles :)
😄 Thanks again Lee! I want to make another squig again in the future as this one was so much fun to make. Thanks again for watching and all the kind words :)
Thank you Kane. Really happy you like them. More on the way, hopefully you are subscribed and will watch them too ;) feel free to share my videos with others you think might like them. Thank you for watching and commenting :)
Just oddly satisfying videos on RU-vid, I used to mod and paint a lot of warhammer stuff and I'll admit I'm pretty good, but the stuff the you create makes mine look frankly childish by comparison.
@@dawson508 Thank you. There is a big difference in painting lager scale sculpts. I'm never 100% happy with any of my 32mm scale figures when they are painted and done. Currently painting craftworld Eldar and I swing from being happy with what I have done to not wanting anyone to see them.
@@dawson508 That is super kind of you, but my warhammer armies are just a good table top standard. I'm trying to push myself harder but I'm still not anywhere near where I want to be with them. Thank you for your kind words :)
Awww Sean it warms my cold dead heart that you checked this video out, he was so much fun to make. Hopefully you are subscribed and have checked a few of my other videos out. Thanks for watching and commenting
bwahahaha! I love squigs. this is so much fun. Obviously this is a fantastical sculpt of fantastical creatures but the attention to anatomical detail is incredible: joints, elbows, muscles, flesh folds and wrinkles. Where does your knowledge of anatomy come from? a doctor in a previous life? you kept the burnt ends on the horns in the final paint job! and I say it in all my comments on your videos, but I super appreciate the extended reveal shots at the end. a great way to see all the beautiful details.
Thank you Chris. Thanks for checking out one of my older videos. This is probably my favorite project I have ever sculpted. Was really fun to do, and I learned a lot doing it. Thanks for watching and commenting :)
Haha 😄. Thank you so much Lyndilou for watching another video and taking the time to comment :) I really liked making this guy. Was literally a blast from start to finish.
Hey Blazinus69 great to hear from you again. I really should get back to some custom sculpts.... maybe an ork. Amazing to hear you are learning anything from my videos, never really thought that people would. Amazing. Thanks again
Thank you so much foxta14. If you go to the community tab there is a post I think three down that has multiple pictures. There is a shot in there. Tbh I need to take some better shots of them all for my Instagram so will do that soon. Thanks for commenting and watching :) more goblins will be made too ;)
To date this is still one of my favorite things I have ever made. Thanks for checking out the video, a little ropey in its editing and recoding as I was very new to it back then
Thank you AFC! Good to hear from you! I love sculpting anything with massive fangs! And to this day this guy is one of my favourite sculpts. Thanks for going back and watching my previous videos :)
Thank you Emilio! There are a few other videos on the channel you might also like too. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. More to come 😀
OMG si I j7st saw this and man it is to say that I committed on the night goblin video before I knew this was on your page and ill be a monkey's uncle... I love it and I'd love to have one for myself... keep up the great sculpts
Wow thank you Michael Gmitrasiuk, really appreciate it. Thank you for watching and commenting. More to come, and a few other videos on the channel you might also like too. Thanks again
Hi. Super Sculpey needs to be baked for it to cure. It won't air dry. But if you are careful you can bake it multiple times when sculpting something. Hope this helps :)
@@BlindedbyDaylight Thanks I have a non war-gaming related idea of making Andy Hamilton's Satan ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XPT08J1E3L0.html ....it's good to try something new.
Wow! 20000 points!! That's some force! I have 4 oversized goblin sculptures now, so not even a warband :/ Thanks for watching, more to come and also a few other videos on the channel you might also like too 😉
I bought that tool a long time ago from a store in London, I haven’t seen one since. But you can get something similar in wax sculpting tool sets online. Really pleased that you like it!
After some digging around, it is a dental tool. Here is a link to the same store I bought mine from many, many years ago: tiranti.co.uk/products/sc-stainless-steel-dental-tool/
@@BlindedbyDaylight Thanks! Yes I have seen those dental tools before, they usually have a rubber tip. I have never seen one that is metal. It looks really handy. I subbed and am looking forward to see what you make next. Thanks for the help!
Hi Balin1987. I would love to do some form of hi resolution scanning of some of my sculptures and turn them into digital files. But I can't cast these as he's already 'put together' and would be destroyed in the mould making process. And also....its based off of an ip I do not own so I couldn't sell them for that reason to. Thanks for your comment though and for being a subscriber :)
ugh the number of times i have burned that flesh tone sclupey...is a lot. on the plus side if you don't turn it black and molten it can have a cool effect if not be a tad brittle.
😂 I'm always burning the sculpy in one way or another. Getting used to my new oven a bit more now. If you watch my pokemon video I burnt all the teeth and tbh I really liked the way they looked in contrast to the flesh tone of the sculpey. Thanks again for watching, commenting and subscribing :)
Hi Bestemmia 76, unfortunately I don't have time to take on commissioned work at the moment, plus the inquisition are always watching ;) More to come. Thanks for watching
This is so good, it's actually stupid. Your work is amazing! I've exhausted all your videos and now I'm sad. I love this feisty little grot. I also never noticed that squigs look so much like orks haha. Maybe they're related? Can't wait for more!
Thank you SamuraiChicken! He does look a little like an ork, you might be onto something there! I am currently deep into the next video so hopefully won't keep you too long before it comes out! Thanks for the kind words and for watching all my videos :)
