I made Kalabasa Chicharon from scratch | Life in Countryside 

Hello friends, thank you so much for watching my video. Today i harvested our left over squash we planted 6 months ago. The best squash we planted so far, it's called (supremo) So today I be showing you four ways to enjoy it. (Kalabasa Chicharon ingredients) 3 cups smashed squash 3 cups cornstarch 1 tsp salt 2 tap garlic powder (Squash Maja ingredients) 300g squash 1 cup white sugar 1 cup all purpose cream 1 1/2 cup coconut cream 1 cup cornstarch 1 cup evaporated milk crushed peanuts (optional) (Sauteed Kalabasa with Ground beef) Oil Garlic Onion Ground beef Kalabasa Soy sauce Salt Evaporated milk (Ginataang Kalabasa) You can add any available ingredients in your backyard. Hi Indai Allyn, greetings from rainy Chgo, Illinois. When i was in Pinas my mom would make calabasa candy using coconut milk & the rest ulam. Up to this day i do the same thing & my children (they are adult now) like it. At least calabasa is sold all year round dito.❤
