Sarah, I've saw you a few weeks ago and wondered. This is the 2nd look see and I have to say I like your personality. You have a decent game as long as you don't get ahead of yourself and your timing stays in time?? You throw a nice ball, just don't try to do too much with it. In the little footage I saw it appeared that rolling over the 2nd arrow you were busting the pocket with regularity. Get a little fast or slow and bye bye. Got to admit the gutter ball caught me off guard. How you got over there was just a fluke. I ssume the next shot was the flush pocket spare. I just subscribed and plan on watching a few more videos and future ones as well. Good luck on the next tournament, Ron
great job Sarah everyone misses easy spares at times bowling has such a fine line for errors it happens sometimes you do everything right and the lanes change ball path in a way you cant predict. just keep doing what you're doing
Hi Sarah! Congratulations on cashing, that always feels good. That 5 pin you missed for some reason when I saw it, I thought it was a head pin. 😂. Keep up the good work! Ken
Hey, _any_ payday is a good day. Congratulations. Your first bit of success for 2023, keep that mojo going and build on it!! 💪🤑 Shout-out to Maddy, haven't seen her on your channel in a while... think the last time I saw her was in the "Bowling Until 300... BAKER EDITION" video!
I'm just here to say I love that you are never afraid to play the line right up the gutter . . . ummm.. LOL. . . . :P Ya, I'm that guy... thats 12 board area girl friend..
Bowling is a Zen sport. You compete against yourself, and your best. It's about being able to control yourself to the point where it's automatic. You feel like a loosed bow when you release the ball right with all the energy you build up. The roll off the fingers. All the energy where you want it. Small adjustments as the lanes break down. Funny, I really learn the Zen when I was watching a program build back in the 90's. It would work or not around 1am. I would check on it from home, and if it didn't, I had to go in, fix it, recompile it, and wait an hour. I'd go to the bowling lane down the road. I started throwing as hard as I could, but backed off enough to where I had enough control. I'd be pissed at having to come in, but I'd get 200's in the process (lots of fixes, and sleep lost). I went to a 16-lb ball, and a finger grip, and was able to get spin. Average went up enough to brag in the family (but not my dad the scratch bowler).
Congrats! Its excellent to get a tangible....take some dollar dollar bills, yall....home....win! It reminds you that you are excellent at your craft. Sometimes its easy to forget just how good you are because you are competing against the best in the WORLD, much of the time. Buy yourself a celebratory cupcake -- then its bigger & better tomorrow! Well done Sarah!
I like your down and in style it’s similar to mine. I’m just getting back into bowling after like 10-15 years. Forgot how much I liked just watching bowling. I’ll be doing a lot of watching with how fucking expensive it is now.
Great job! But if I may interject a tiny observation, is that, you are holding on to the ball too long and that causes you to release on the side-front or top-side of the ball. There were quite a few shots where it may have cost you a strike...overall, great job!
I’m happy for you! You are definitely the best bowler in this video. I remember watching a video by Earl Anthony, and he said it’s the loose arm swing that carries the 10. It was cool to see the old Brunswick computers still up and running! Haven’t seen that type in forever.
Someone once said trust is a must or your game is a bust you young lady have all the talent in the world and the 2nd best right hand ladies arm swing i have ever seen and at 57 i have seen a bunch of arm swings your down the boards game looks fine practice practice practice if i could suggest 1 thing would be to have a little little bend in your elbow on that arm swing will give you more power and a little more revs other wise fan of your game you have a natural talent
I'm in vegas and although there are plenty of centers here, there are none that have wooden lanes. The sound of the ball rolling on wooden lanes is something else!
Looked like you were able to control the ball's break point pretty well. You said they were oiled 39' and you got the ball to turn and start rolling around... 40'-42'. Good job
Oh my gosh. I tried to bowl Starlite lanes thst night. The guy said he was booked with a tournament and I wouldn't be able to bowl. So I didn't go. Dang, I missed a celebrity opp. to see you bowl. I work just outside McPherson, KS. And we eat lunch at Five Loaves a WHOLE lot.
@@TheSarahKlassenChannel As someone who who has a low ball speed(14mph when Im killing it) and throws with a ton of hand(350+revs) sub 40' patterns are a challenge to for me and lumber? Yeah nah. At least right now. I need to add a weak pin down ball(Likely a hammer Raw Solid) and a pin down urethane(Likely a new Purple Hammer when they release) for sub 40' patterns. We are on one that is oiled to 33' and brushed out to 39' and it is absolutely giving me fits. I have to set up with my right foot on the 7th arrow. Looks cool, but I have nowhere to go once I use the oil up from there. Sorry about the novel. lol
You threw the ball well. I think you were swimming your non ball side arm too far behind you sometimes which took your shoulders out of position. It made you be a little off target if your timing wasn't perfect. Still great bowling. 💪🏾
@@TheSarahKlassenChannel It always crack me up but I want to thank you for your inhale breathe sighs ....... It helps me out when I stress out. Make that money girl ....... They're lots to be had.
