Very good, but soy it can do without. It can also be made without cooking as that what I grew upon with my Sunday dinner. But don't cook vegetables and get the nutrients. Well done!
I like your home made drinks sis, but you using so much of de soy milk. It's like you somewhat defeating de purpose. Because soy is packed with estrogen. Bad for de hubby sis.
