I never really used translucent before but I see how big of a difference it makes now for realism. Thanks for sharing !

I think it might even be the most vital step to achieving realistic miniatures! You'll definitely notice a difference with your own sculptures! :)

if you could've only seen how much my hand was shaking while making this!! i had to stabilize it on a surface behind the camera 💀thank you btw! I think it's probably the best thing I've ever made-- i should quit while i'm ahead

@@ithecrafter I can imagine! Just the slight tremor would mess up that candle. Smart move putting the cake on a pill bottle instead of holding it in the other hand though; I'll have to try that. Don't actually quit tho, you're soooo good! 🤓

Yes, putting clay on some kind of surface you can easily hold is such a good tip!! I saw one of my instagram mutuals doing it once and it’s the only way I can sculpt tiny things now! Haha okay I won’t quit! Just for you!
