I plan to do the science career first so I can clone the "age away?" (whatever its called serum, so I can take awhile longer for the immortality if I need to.

@@rosameryrojas-delcerro1059 Or become a spell caster and learn the potion of youth. Cast repairio on it to make it excellent quality and copypasto to replicate it. Drink one instead of aging up. ALL potions also work for non-spell casters. Get a few familiars. Have one manifest itself when attempting something dangerous. They can prevent death. Then, there is the potion of instant resurrection : You die ? You get instantly brought back to life. As a scientist, you can create a ghostly serum that temporarily transform your Sim into a ghost. You can't die as a ghost. Have a few contaminated ones. Drinking a contaminated ghostly serum summon Riper who'll proceed to slap you in the face. You can then socialize with him and give him a Lill Riper toy that you have knitted. Instantly reset your age.

I really want her to keep him alive until they are elders just so she can keep rubbing her success into his face for their entire immortal lives

Or a bracelet, ring and earrings. If they are all charged on different days, one of them will likely still be charged...

That’s what I do. I made two of each with the crystals I wanted to use (hematite being one of them). I wear the charged ones while the others are charging. It’s works really well. My charges never last two days though, it’s more like a day and half but it still means I always have another set on standby when the charge is drained on the set I’m wearing. It’s a great suggestion.

I do plan to make more jewelry for her! But I want to get a few more levels to get some more designs first :D.

Potions of needs are also insanely broken to brew in mass

@@theveganduolingobird7349 1 apple to get 4, or 6 with the Generous Magic perk. Yes, I know. Have several Sims totally replacing eating, sleeping, using the toilet, washing, socializing and playing with those... Needs low ? Gulp a potion. Then, a scientist can create a serum of needs that have the same effect. The Copypasta spell and the cloning machine work for both potions and serums. If the magic energy level is high, copypasta often create two copies, and maybe even three if you are lucky.

I am taking notes becaue I have been planning a supersim for awhile. So I began making mine a couple of weeks ago. Not done yet though.

I believe the potion of rejuvenation resets a sims age.

To be fair to james he started waaaaay back at the start of the sims 4 and basically invented the supersim challenge. There wasnt all of these fun secrets to uncover then, but also thats just james video style its a lets play rather than a guide like peteys is

just for mixology cause there are no mixology degree unlike culinary

Mixologist, Professional Athlete, and eSports Gamer are the three basegame careers that do not get a bonus particularly from a degree. As mentioned, you need to attend 11 Mixology skill classes to obtain the Mixologist Certificate. This will give you a leg up as a Mixologist equivalent to a basic degree without honors. Likewise, Professional Athlete and eSports Gamer require you to reach the highest rank on the Soccer Team and Esports Competitor activities respectively for their leg up in the careers. These will also be equivalent to a basic degree without honors.

Ive used it and it comes in handy when learning lots of skills, for a supersim for example. It works best if you do the same skill type eg creative over and over, my sim maxed her fitness skill in literally an afternoon with this trait. The downside is that it gives your sim near constant focused mood which makes it hard to get into the mood you need

Thank you for letting me know this! I actually went back and this more extensively. I firstly tested it without there being any related moodlet buff and my sim was resurrected ok. I exited without saving and then went back and tested it again, but this time I waited around a week, and you're correct! My sim wasn't resurrected! I really appreciate the heads up as I'll need to keep this in mind going forward!

@@PeteyPlaysIt you can craft jewelry on the gemology table that prevents death while charged. You can make 2 of them and alternate nights charging and wearing the other one. This would work in the long term.
