5:44 I've recently returned to League and now I'm quite uncertain with Vel'Koz's W maxing. If I can recall you put three points into W against midlaners with great wave clear. Has this changed? Is two points into W good enough now? If so that would make me quite more happy about more stronger Q's since you can get another point into Q earlier than before.
you dont even need to rush 2 points sometimes, the point is to quick recall at lv4 as much, and keep pushing with ap items, so you dont need 3 points in w
Wow Trist and blitzcrank were infuriating. Tristana rando plays only spectating, blitzcrank hooking out of lasers, not hooking for picks i n general, not tanking that nunu spell
I was wondering why both Azzapp and Nemesis consider Ludens as a bad item for Vel'koz. I feel that when I use any other item, I get less damage, dark harvests, and impact for my team. Is there an item that is better to build and why would that item be better?
Every vel koz spell is able to hit multiple targets. In team fights a lot of them do. That means you can prock liandrys multiple times. You have to wait for cd to proc ludens twice. The reason ludens feels like more damage is because of a couple of things. It is immediate instead of over time. It has a strong auditory que that feels good. You think of liandrys vs ludens in context of one target vs multiple. Velkoz needs cd.. Liandrys gives you early cd while ludens doesnt. That's a couple of reasons to go Liandrys
Most vel players pretty much go full cdr. His ap ratio's are really bad (look it u you'll be surprised) however his passive true damage and base damage is amazing. Going for just full cdr being able to proc full passive non stop actually does a stupid amount of damage.
Ludens is not bad but it can proc off too many things and velkoz is a good AOE burst mage so its better to have an item that can proc off multiple champs
For the surrender vote, I don't know if you can change its scale (I think it has to do with HUD scale) but you can move it, and put it outside of your screen (by grabbing it on the side of it), which i usually do on the first ff since I don't plan to ff the game, and that it doesn't really change if you vote no or nothing since you have no saying in the final decision anyway (so I just hide it)
Damn, I don't like Nemessis for his personality and a tearful voice but got to admit his lanning is sooo good. I rarely have clean games despite maining velkoz and playing in low elo. He really never plays Vel? If he doesn't, it's very humbling to see his gameplay
I would venture to guess he probably has like 20-50 games on VK. But his main champs are like Ori, Syndra, TF. Hes easily one of the best laners in the world.
