The whole recipe is written as captions in the video .. but I will mention it in this comment again for you . For dough Take 280 ml lukewarm water and mix 15 gram sugar until completely dissolved . Add 10g instant dry yeast and let the mixture rest for 5 mins to activate the yeast . After 5 mins you will see foam/bubbles forming in the water yeast mix. Add flour 420g salt 5 grams and knead for 6 - 7 mins to form a soft sticky dough .. rest the dough covered for 15 mins or until double in size . Once double in size puncture the dough then store in fridge covered with plastic wrap inside an air tight container for minimum 2 hours and Max upto 3 days.. Then you can take out the dough from the fridge rest it at room temp for 15 mins then give it any shape you want as shown in the video .. Let me know if you want written sauce recipe as well .. 🙂
