Jazzy Vlogs My brain is probably dying from dehydration. I’m so used to it I hardly notice. I am going to try and drink 3 litres of juice or water in a day! This will be a good habit to get into and I will be so proud of myself if I achieve it! I can’t wait to do it with you! I love your videos! You can make me smile and laugh on the gloomiest of days! I don't drink enough water daily and I would love to get the habit of drinking more water, I tried this a year ago but stopped. So I hope this time around it sticks.
Exercise more, I have a weight issue and whenever I plan to go and get some exercise I always find something else to do and avoid the exercise. And avoid drinking Iced coffee.

Great idea. I have 3 that I feel like I need to make a permanent part of my life: 1) turn off electronics by 2 AM (I am a late night person) 2) Intermittent fasting (I need to get back on that) 3) Load the dishes into the dishwasher every night before going to bed. OK...its out in the world, so now I have to do them. Good luck on yours. I'll report tomorrow. HEY! If we report daily, isn't that also a 21 day habit? Fingers crossed.

Habits... 1. Throw away/give/donate something you do not need anymore every day( have to wait until after this stuff is over...no one is taking donations right now) 2. Let myself rest if I need it 3. Eat at least 2 small meals a day (I often go a few days without eating) 4. Paint more
After thinking, I realize I don’t wear my glasses ever day (even though I should) so that will be the habit I’ll try to start! I love your videos they always make me smile! 😁

I really need a better sleeping schedule. The other day I went to bed at 6am and woke up at 9am. But while I was awake during the night I was super productive and completed 4 booklets of school work. That never happens during the day. Turns out I'm way more productive at night than I am during the day

But you have the spirit and it sounds like you thought hard about what's important to you. For what it's worth I think if you practice compassion with yourself and let yourself be imperfect while always striving, you'll do wonders ✨💕
iv already got the habit of going to bed before 11 pm ..being over sixty will do that to you ..haha. its just the getting up i need to adjust i am always up between 5 and 6 am ...believe me it can be a very long day in lockdown.but remember we are...not stuck at home we are SAFE at home.

This is such a good timing!!! I have been wanting to get more in to my skin care for a long time now, and just now through the lockdown i thought it would be a great opportunity to start! So I had ordered me a whole new skin care routine both for morning and night! And i actually got my package today!!!! So starting tomorrow we are in this together! Yay! I want to get up early and do my splits training workout. Nothing else really Day 2: I got up late and I had no work to do however I did do extra splits training Day 3: I learned to do French braids!! Day 4: complete! Me and my mom pranked my dad and smashed an egg on his head 😂😂 Day 5: haven't done my splits training but I did go for a walk 😝 Day 6: completed everything 😊
A true Potato idk if is an Australia thing but legit I have never had a dentist tell me to floss or even mention the word floss in a appointment. I am 15 and have never and seen floss in real life not even in the supermarket
If this doesn’t work for you what I’ve been doing for the last 2 years is think of 12 things I wish I did more and make a New Years resolution to do those 12 things 12 times before the end of the year. Anything I don’t complete goes back on the list for the following year if it’s something I still think is important to me. I keep a list of them on my phone and look at it each night before I sleep to see if there is anything I can mark off.
Am I the only one who has never in my life heard of pancakes with sugar and lemon? Now I’m curious to try it. What kind of sugar and lemon or lemon juice?
Jessica Jacobs you can either use lemon, or lemon juice from a bottle, squeeze it on the pancake, and sprinkle sugar to taste, roll it up and then grab your fork and eat it.
I am going to wake up at 8 am, getting 9,5 hours of sleep (I am a 19 years old with the need of sleep of a ten years old) and exercise before breakfast hoping to get some abs (I already can see them if I am trying very hard but I want to train them more). I also want to stretch to eventually be able to do the splits
Well I am suffering anxiety so I had to quit my dream hobby. Swimming for my county. But because of Covid no one is going swimming. But my mum got a giant paddling pool and we are on a bungee rope so that we swim on the spot. So I am trying to swim every day.
