I Made the Perfect Mario Kart Roster! 

Including Sonic in the roster absolutely made my day!

I honestly think Captain Falcon should be in the game. We have his car, his costume and *2* tracks from his game. It only seems fair to have him here.

Y'know since Sonic (and Olimar, PAC-MAN, Kirby, etc.) have Mii costumes, they already have a foot in the door.

I wish I could get the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass (yea, that is a mouthful), but I don’t have the money for it, sadly. That being said, your picks for character removals and additions are good candidates. Some of the characters like Kamek should have already been in the game to begin with, but I’m still glad that he eventually made it in. I know that there’s probably some people out there who really like the baby characters, but I still think that we don’t need them thaaaaaattt much. Also, yes, Tanooki Mario and any other Mario costumes should be selectable by clicking on Mario, just like how you can choose which color Yoshi you want. I think you should do the same thing with Luigi’s costumes as well since some might want to play with those. As for third-party characters, we need our boy, Sonic, in there. However, and this is likely just a me thing, but I think it’d be cool if you could switch between Modern and Classic Sonic (the same way with the Yoshis and everyone else who would have costumes of themselves in the roster). Though, if they can only have one, I would say Modern Sonic since he’s more prominent. Also, nice intro! I think it was a bit too fast, but it’s still good! :)

This is unlikely, but I would love to see Pac-Man in the DLC. He is in the arcade entries after all.

While its unlikely that they'll add Sonic into mario kart, I hope Genos or Funky Kong get in. That would be nice

There’s a few characters I’d love to see fill the last two slots and that is some of the characters you mentioned like E.Gadd, Pauline, and Sonic! And other characters like maybe Cat Luigi, Kitsune Luigi, or Polterpup! It would be pretty cool if Sonic filled one of the slots and it would make a pretty cool crossover because if you think about it, it could work because we’ve had multiple Mario and Sonic Olympic Games and those are A LOT of fun to play!!🙌

Finally, someone who thinks that not all the baby’s should go!

For Sonic, I think instead if using a random boring car they should use the Extreme Gear hoverboards Speaking of wich I hope the next racing game Sonic gets is a Sonic Riders themed one. Its really cool and a much more fun concept than just cars. Also the style those games had!!!(except Free Riders ofc) I would love to see alt costumes made to fit that artstyle and who knows maybe they could throw Jet Set Radio in there as an extra playable characters and more stuff DLC

I would honestly keep Baby Peach, because unlike the other two she actually was in other (non sports) games, and moving dry bowser under bowser, and the same for Cat and Pink Gold Peach.

Captain Falcon should be in it because he a race character game and he could have a come back like Pauline

I mean if you REALLY want to, you can group diddy and dixie together since they share the same weight class. Same with DK and funky. Yeah it’ll be weird since dixie and funky are entirely separate characters and not skins, but it means more slots to work with so

I agree for the most part of this video on which characters should be removed, replaced, added, etc. I am hoping Diddy and Funky will return for the last two character slots. We have DK themed courses in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, yet DK is the only Long who gets to play them.

I would love to see Geno and Sonic in Mario Kart, but I feel like they will never do it. My guess for the last two Characters for the DLC have to do with what we already have. We got two heavy characters, Wiggler and Petey, and we have two medium characters, Kamek and Birdo. So since that would leave two small characters, my guess would be Kirby and Pikmin, both doing very well on the Switch and would help boost to non-Mario characters in the game.

You're one of the few people I know who *don't* have a problem with the Koopalings. lol If I were you, I'd take them out as well because they are a huge waste of space, and I'd add characters such as R.O.B., Donkey Kong Jr., Fawful, Tatanga, Captain Syrup, Parakarry/Kooper, Mouser/Wart, Raphael the Raven, Wanda, Mona, Ashley and 9-Volt. Also, I don't agree with Sonic being in simply for the reason you just mentioned, they had their chance but SEGA blew it out of fear of "cross contamination", idk, Pac-Man would work a lot better instead since he's actually been in Mario Kart more than one.

Baby peach and metal Mario are clones that should stay in cos baby peach kinda single handeldly represents the Mario & Luigi franchise (where she debuted), and metal Mario is a power up so maybe, idk baby peach definitely will be staying in Mario kart, the other two can go tho

I say shrink down the roster slots even further. Put Baby Luigi as an alt to Baby Mario. Put the Splatoon characters into one slot and the Animal Crossing Villagers into one as well. Heck, why not have Dixie Kong as a Diddy alt as well!

I would love to see olimar from the pikmin series, as he fits in well imo.

Just make the babies and metal people alt but give them different stats to the ogs besides the original. Beside baby rosalina, replace her with luma and give them the same stats, also make inkling and villiager 1 character cuz why are they 2 characters

for me, to make the mk8 dx perfect, i would get rid of all alts firstly (babies, costumes, metallics) and then add diddy, funky, pauline and some other original characters like hammer bro, monty mole etc.

I think they'd classify Sonic as a Sonic racing character but that's just me.

I’m going to be honest, I’m not a big fan of guest characters or the idea of Nintendo kart, because having characters from other games will mean there will not be enough room for more out there or cool characters from the Mario series that have never been in one. Plus we already have a game with all of theNintendo characters all together.

Pikachu and Kirby are more likely than sonic because of three things One sonic is owned by sega not Nintendo Two the bottom row is franchises that have had games released for them since the pandemic Three Pokémon and Kirby are Nintendo switch exclusive so that could increase the chances of Kirby or a Pokémon character(I think pikachu or Pokémon trainer would work) Another thing Kirby would look so cute driving a kart or riding a dirt bike.

I definitely think that a Mario Kart Rooster would be Cool but with New Characters that Weren’t there. I honestly think that the Mario Kart DLC added New Characters and Fix that. I honestly think that we can get Rid of Characters like Baby Peach should get Rid of in Mario Kart Rooster. These Characters that you Mention SONICSTA in this Video were great Characters for the Mario Kart Rooster. I would definitely want to see Navin in Mario Kart Rooster and Navin is a character that is not that Popular. King The Bomb is definitely Such a Cool Character to add to a Mario Kart Rooster and I definitely think King The Bomb is definitely a great Mario Villain in the Mario series.
