Just taken this out of the oven and the whole house smells lush. So versatile - I added raisins and chopped walnuts, and I chopped some dark chocolate and sprinkled it on top before it went in the oven. Can’t wait to try it. Fantastic recipe, thank you!
I‘m 2 years Vegan now, btw i‘m 19 yrs old and i always wanted to find an easy vegan baking recipie for my fam, so they can get a good taste of the vegan bakery. And i will definitely try this out!! I really enjoy your content Maya, keep going 💖☀️🧚🏼♀️
I've just finished baking it. But I used lactose free milk, 2 big tsp of honey instead of maple syrup and blueberries instead of chocolate chips. Baked for 35 mins at 180C. Taste is fantastic! Thanks, this is my favourite breakfast recipe from now on ❤
I love your channel, I am not vegan but I am not a huge meat eater and I have friends/family who are vegan. Your recipes are always delicious, fun, and provide an awesome variety of flavors and nutrients. I see so many channels that encourage vegan eating that isn't actually balanced or filling. Thank you for showing the right kind of dishes!
These came out soo goood! I am so glad they don't need any extra all purpose flour! Also no neat to clean up any extra bowls, it's great idea to mix in the baking dish itself! I added cinnamon powder, little vanilla extract and walnuts apart from the recipe! Once done, had the amazing baked oatmeal with cool whip and raspberry jam!
I usually add only one packed scoop of protein powder and make it 1 and 1/2 cups of milk instead of 1 and 1/3 so that it doesn’t turn out too dry, it turns out perfect everytime 😊
This tasted AMAZING and it was so easy to make, since I usually mess things up while baking. I'm gonna start making this more often for a pre-made and sugar free breakfast. It's also very versatile, I added cinnamon and I recommend adding chopped nuts like walnuts for the added crunch.
This looks so yummy! I am in love with your recipes and have been using them so much, thank you for sharing with us! ❤ I made your curry chick pea sandwich today 😊
I'm about to pop this in the oven. I used a very ripe plantain instead of banana, almond milk, peanut butter, applesauce instead of maple syrup, dried cranberries instead of chocolate chips&I felt like it needed a pinch of cinnamon &freshly ground nutmeg. Would update later 😊
Just tried this, and it’s delicious! Very moist and tender. I added a few to many Choco chipies, and it overwhelmed the other flavors. Still delicious though (: thanks for the recipe!
An absolutely WINNING recipe. I am NOT vegan by any means, but this was DELICIOUS! The resulting crumb was superb -- & without eggs! Super-simple & delish. The chocolate chunks carried this to a divine plane!!!!
