Each item you purchase gives particular stats that make your champion stronger. Most champions synergize with particular stats and even have specific ways they get stronger with particular stats (e.g. their Q does 50 damage + 50% of their Ability Power ratio). Akali, as a champion, wants to build Ability Power items to make her abilities stronger and enhance her assassin/burst damage-oriented playstyle. Critical hit items don't give ability power but instead Attack Power (which Akali can use on her abilities, but not as high of ratios as ability power), attack speed, and a chance to critically hit (do extra damage) on your auto/basic attacks. Since Akali is a melee champion with generally poor auto attacks, a crit build is expensive, makes her fragile and easily killed, and does nothing to enhance her strengths or shore up her weaknesses, while only vaguely enhancing a portion of her kit that is a very small percentage of her useful damage. It'd be like subbing in a professional deadlifter for a baseball batter and managing to win with them. Yes, batters should have strong legs (but for running, which is different from deadlifting) and it wouldn't necessarily _hurt_ their performance to have powerful legs, but it's so far away from what they need to perform in the role that it's ridiculous to try it and therefore impressive that they won.

this is all i ever needed. as the sanest akali top player i love going AD and lethality (i know this doesnt even do anythin bc almost all dmg is converted to magic dmg). tank is also "amazing". thanks so much to whoever made pekin play this
Hey Pekin, I went through the same thing. I was coughing even though I wasn't sick anymore. I went to a pulmonologist who prescribed me an inhaler with Fluticasone furoate. In Mexico, it's called Relvare, and after two months, I stopped coughing.

Aw man I know exactly that scratchy feeling, I had a persistent cough that slowly faded away over the span of a month after i had covid. I hope it passes for you soon

I watch almost every game and will say that enjoy your game play because you do not just throw it all in for a tiny chance of a kill but....I think your overall game would be better if you can find a way to get angry before the game and be more aggressive. You play intelligently but sometimes just need to whip it out and say mines bigger than yours. Try me. I wish you would.
