Of the MANY things I have learned from you, one that I apply to all cooking now, is getting that pan or oven heated while doing the prep work. It is all about the timing. AND! Pouring the just egg directly onto the mushrooms...brilliant!!!!

I love this channel frfr. I know i tried one of your recipes recently and I LOOOOOOVED it. Being vegetarian for 3 years has been a blessing and now I need to find out where to get the oyster mushrooms so i can make some more vegan foods. But keep up the amazing work. I love the content.

Hello! I love your channel!!! I’ve tried your fried oyster mushroom recipe and they were very good!!! Where can I find the large ones you use? I’ve gone to Sprouts, grocery stores and the Asian markets but they just have the small ones.
