An inexpensive and delicious recipe for potatoes and eggs. Potato pancake for the whole family.

1 Ingredients:
5 potatoes.
Dry the potatoes.
Oil.
Fry until golden brown.
1 teaspoon of Italian herbs.
Salt.
5 eggs.
Spring onions.
Salt.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
Pour in the egg mixture.
100 g mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 40 minutes.
100 g (0.2 lb) mushrooms.
Oil.
1 onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 pepper
3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
2 tablespoons of ketchup.
Dill.
