vegetable soup recipe:
2 potatoes.
1 carrot.
Cauliflower.
1 onion.
Mushrooms.
Frozen peas 120 gr.
3 bay leaves.
Black peppercorns.
Cook until all vegetables are ready.
Rye flour 200 gr.
Baking powder 1 teaspoon.
Salt.
Sesame 2 tablespoons.
Flax seed 2 tablespoons.
Mix dry ingredients.
Warm water 125 ml.
Honey 1 teaspoon.
Olive oil 20 ml.
Mix the dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on parchment paper into a thin rectangular layer.
Cut into individual loaves.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes.
Dill.
