A few people have said to me not to swear in these videos, but I want to keep these videos as authentic and real as possible, not too formal, and corporate. So, apologies to anyone if you don't like the swearing 😉

You have given up training time to make these vids but you will not listen to your audience? Sort your priorities out

I talk to members of my audience every day about video ideas, what there favourite content is and what they like most about the channel, most of the videos on this channel are ideas from my audience, I do listen. I also want my channel to be as authentic as possible, sorry if you don't like it.

@@EverythingPadel I agree you listen to your audience. And you reply to all or most comments and that is very rare for many YT channels. Keep it up! And as far as swearing to swear for the sake of it is one thing but tbh I think it's just great to see people react and that shows a level of willingness or passion to want to do right. And also it makes a video more "human" or relatable. 😁😉

Exactly , it’s not forced or for the sake of, it’s just real and how it happens , thanks

Always love your videos. One thing you could do to improve is make slower movements. You seem to be rushing things. I’ve been taught the turn here in Spain and initially I was way too hectic with my movements. Once you play calmer, the world seems to slow down. You always have more time than you think. Keep up the good work!

Class video as always! I am personally not fussed with the swearing. I get that other people may be. Your defence definitely got better by the end! Footwork is paramount.

Very good video in which it is clear how hard you are working. I know what you mean about being dizzy. I had a session this week with my coach "Madame NOX" working on corner defence and had to stop several times because my head was spinning. I noticed in the earlier part of the video you were allowing the ball to go through your legs which has to be considered risky but towards the end you had improved your footwork and weren't doing it at all. Keep up the good work........... love your videos !

Thanks Barry, that’s why it’s so hard to train the corner, you get dizzy every 2 minutes, appreciate that!

Good video! Corners are the worst, imo.😁 From what I have learned so far playing padel if you flick or use your wrist then often times it's because the ball is behind you. But one thing that made a huge difference with corners (from backhand side) has been if you are not sure about the ball take a small step back only with your left foot so you stand across the corner and from that based on how the ball bounce you can either turn or just hit the ball if it bounces forward along with the side wall or even if the ball hits exactly in the corner where the walls meet you will have a very good chance of getting that ball also. But whatever you do if you don't know how the ball will bounce don't move in advance like stepping out from the corner because if it bounce on the wall to side wall you probably won't be able to recover although if it's the opposite in side wall to back wall then it will work. This is just my experience and a tip to beginners and maybe intermediates. 🙂

Great video like always. I wish you had filmed your returns also. For me i get to hit most of the shots in the corner, bit a lot of the returns are just so bad the other team will smash it out of the court or something

Thanks mate, should have filmed the other angle! Because I did the same a few times

Possible that left foot can still get deeper. I think that was the big take away for me. The deeper that left foot the more the transfer of weight moves forward through the shot towards the net. Quality video. And Duncan is a knob. Sorry for the language 😂😂

Alper Tamer vor 1 Sekunde Nice vid mate! Your right food is to much cross...so you only can play longline or in the opponents center. therefore your shots are easy to read and good padel players will kill you after your defensive shot.they will always know where your next ball will going. step a little bit deeper to the class with you left foot and make sure your right food doesnt block you so you can still play cross. nice movement
