17:36 She got the chance to perform for what will eventually be around a quarter-million people (and sounded awesome by the way), she got to request a song by Frank, AND she got the thumbnail and title! A star is born. Keep at it! 😊👍
@@lennon.t oh he can play, don't get me wrong. His sweeps are great! It just didn't sound great with the effects on there. Maybe it was just the bad sound quality or latency of his mic....I'm not sure, but it's my opinion. Each guitarist likes a different sound, and I just didn't like that one. Is that ok with you? Or do I have to like every single thing out there so I don't hurt someone's feelings?
@@72mardy noo I think you were fair. You said the guitar sounded terrible and not "he sucks playing the guitar", your next statement kinda irks me I guess. Maybe putting it like "I felt like there was no need for the harmoniser" would've been better. I guess it generally comes off in a negative tone, but you do you.
She could've been ugly and still would've been attractive with that personality. You can tell she's from a small town in the south. It wasn't "dope" or "legit" or "fire.." she said it was "so cool." It's refreshing to hear younger people talk normally like people our age (Frank and I) instead of trying to sound cool with all that goofy slang the "cool kids" use.
That girls voice definitely had something going on. There was real musicality in her delivery, I hope she pursues music seriously cos there was proper magic in there.
I’m 42, growing older everyday. Also, life got me. I’m turning a little bit more sour and frustrated every day. Seeing those young people freaking out listening to you Frank is a chicken soup for my soul. Gives me hope. And you Frank, you’re a gem. I like you man 🙏
Same age, same boat. Your purpose isn't something you discover; it's something you choose. Make whatever you touch, whomever you meet, a little better than before you came along and that'll be a good place to begin again. Chin up bro. Hang in there. We can get through this.
its authenticity like this how you know this comment isnt a bot. there are so many bot comments people pay for. life is weird, I hit 30 back in October. I know it wont be long and ill be 60. I used to get more sour and frustrated. but I just dont have it anymore. I swear it took an active amount of effort to do so. But I found out last year. at 29, I am autistic, on top of my adhd. Which did solve my life long search for why I struggled to communicate with others and felt like an alien on this planet. Which really just comes down to how I communicated from normal people. im expected to read between the lines, when i cant, so Im overly articulate and verbose. having to pay attention to facial expressions its not automatic for me. Just finally understanding, my language isnt different like English vs Spanish. I was always misunderstood and my intentions assumed rude or bad, my entire life. It was driving me mad. Still now, I upset people sometimes because of some expression i didnt notice in my face or body. they get uppset. and never tell me what i did. or tell me I know I did. But it doesnt matter at this point. I cant change everything. I still strive to be better than the person who I was yesterday. There is a bit of truth choosing to be happy or Misérable. I try to be nice to everyone, Im making a massive effort to never put anyone down to build myself up. but instead try to build everyone else up. everyone else has their own issues to, and I dont want to be that last straw for someone. sometimes youll meet people on the worst day of their lives, and they act their worse. Not like anything ever goes good most time. been working since I was 9 and live in a run down house on my parents land that Ive had to fix up. Ive built mansions but cant afford the tinest house. but eh. stuff gets worse before it gets better. IDk, I dont seek happiness. but more of that juxtaposition inbetween suffering and tranquility. Its closer to the human condition instead of happiness. Might just be how I rephrase yin yang, choas and order. suifferinig does drive us towards tranquility like choas drives us towards order
I cannot get enough of levitate!! (8:40) It is always a pleasure to hear and I hope it will be released as a full song soon! You´ve playd it 3 times so far and its always a highlight for me. Thank you Frank!
I'm old, 35 and and would say pick up a trade. I paint cars. Didn't graduate high school. Don't have a trade ticket Literally watch paint dry. 26$ an hour.
Frank, i BEG you to release Levitate. Every time you play it, I'm almost crying and the shivers are real. It's so so so beautiful. I truly love it SO MUCH. Please i need to listen to it all the time !
I've been thinking the same thing every time someone sings with his playing, because no matter how much on time it is for them (it probably is on her end), there is always a slight delay. He has to partially block it out and concentrate a bit more. But I don't think he really minds, as it's such a clear indication that he's appreciated. (plus he's skilled enough that he nails it perfectly regardless)
Watching Frank go off into his own little world while playing an original, or just freestyling is my favourite part of these videos. I'm moved every time, you put so much emotion into your playing. It's truly magical to experience!
Thank you so much for making these videos, your content is genuinely some of the best content I watch on youtube. Thank god my memory kinda sucks so I've even been rewatching quite a few videos haha
Life has been hitting me in all directions lately, but I can say that watching your videos brings me joy. Your music is so elegant and you’re so inspirational, never stop, brother 👊🏻❤️
In a world where people are struggling with one thing or other, you're doing God's work Frank. Thanks for blessing us with your music. May you receive just as much kindness & love as you spread across the world.
Damn that was wholesome. The interactions with the other musicians were wonderful. Your immense talent is one thing but your great personality is also what makes these videos so enjoyable.
You're my number one youtuber to watch regularly, and i watch at least 200 people regularly. Thanks so much for the free entertainment. Your skills blow my mind, and i've been playing piano by ear since I was 12 (15 years). Keep it up!!
Please man don’t support better help they are a shady company. They lie to their customers. They say they don’t sell your info but they were just caught selling it to google, meta etc.
Thanks for this. It's always enjoyable to watch talented musicians share their gift with others. Love the tone of that last girl's voice. Such a cool sound. Hope she sticks with it and keeps sharing.
7:10 We get the Frank 'The Fantastic Pianist' Todesco, and an awesome guitarist? Glad to see it! Such a delight! And shoutout to that guitarist... not only did he play awesome, but he was so wholesome and polite! You don't meet such great people very often!
Sometimes when you are playing for others it makes me cry because of the joy you bring to people, so amazing. I loved the girl at the end , her voice was so unique. Great video
The great part of this channel is the joy it brings to everyone especially those that get to request a song. No one cares about how you look, your political beliefs or how you identify. Just the joy of music. Thank you.
Hey Frank, just checking in to give you a view/comment for the algorithm. So glad to see your subscriber count climbing to the skies still. You deserve it (and then some!) Keep doing what you do, you're the man.
Love your channel. I wish we could have gotten the girl's social media channels that sang for you at the end. She was fantastic! Keep up the great work you do.
Every time I hear you play something original it just has that perfect feel to it that makes piano so nice, it's that classical-anime-flowing-finalfantasy-vibe and I love it. Gonna search for your originals, perhaps spotify?
Frank, that original "levitate" all it missing is someone with Cello or a Guitar playing by your side, but still, it is magnificent piece of work. cheers.
Frank, as a lifelong musician myself I absolutely love listening to you play! I can play the piano but just enough to get by with simple chords and such. I enjoy all your content as well! Keep it up bro, love it. I have some music on here but I keep it rather simple lol
@franktedesco your original piece, has got to be one of the most beautiful and mesmerising pieces of music I have ever heard played on a piano. What an absolute pleasure to hear you play ❤
Dude this is honestly my favorite page. You are such a good person. I wish I had the time to get on the app and play a song for you, and request one from you. Amazing talent, and so humble and kind. Blessing to you 🙏
This video is amazing. I always end up going on Spotify and adding some of these great choices, improving my playlist...But my gosh some of these kids are completely devoid of manners! The man is giving you a free concert, a little please or thank you would go a long way kids!
That original you played for guitar guy is beautiful. It reminds me of my favorite spot to sit when I'm having a bad day. Little brook with some waterfalls. It sounds like how it feels sitting there on a fall day in New England. Much love from a music lover in CT ❤
@@DJTheMetalheadMercenary - It wasn't my best performance, but I learned a couple very important lessons from this experience. 1. I was experimenting with a harmonizer effect. It works with some things, and doesn't work well with others. 2. I need to turn up the volume on my loop. There was a loop going, and in the video, you can't even hear it. Thanks again, bro! 🤘
