Depends how often and who do you fight though :) It is difficult to compare with just ingame ranks also because Edge and Yeonarang have to contend with top Korean and Japanese guys which is arguably tougher than EU/US competition. I'd say the way to be the true number 1 is to outperform them in global tournaments tbh ( TWT) :) But IMHO you can become number 1 Hwoarang for sure.
