Why on earth have we moved 200 miles up the country?! To the NORTH?! This is a really big move and I've got some really exciting news that I've been waiting to tell you all, exciting for our lives and very exciting for my running career.... Watch along as we move house, say goodbye to our lovely old home and open this new chapter of our lives!
Oh and I also decided to run twice in the same day whilst moving house.... call me crazy but double running days have loads of training benefits and it seemed fitting to do a morning run at the old place and an evening run at the new one, with one big lifting session in the middle as we move all the boxes!
