@Stop Begging the realestate market in LA is fucking insane right now. She is literally making money by selling her house based on the location. The house has gained 1m in value in the last year she's owned it... That's insane lol. Her mortgage loan will be paid and she pockets the difference. She's obviously investing well. I doubt her plan is to be a RU-vidr for her whole life. She's also down sizing and her wardrobe is super valuable, as well as the house she's remodeling which is still in LA, a great investment if she chooses to sell in a few years. lol
