Hi Max, you will not regret the move to my Island. There is sooo much to see and do and you will find that out soon. I live in Fort.Lauderdale but go back and forth for business. I am sure you have friends there already, so they will tell you that there is no diet in PR. great food, just make sure you continue working out. I enjoy your topics and I am glad you are taking the tax benefits and other benefits related to "LIFE" in general. Buena Suerte pai.......Good Luck I know you will do good there.

A tip just in case you get tired of San Juan.. Rincón Isabela is by far the best place to live in the island. Good surf area and reasonable prices. San Juan is way to crowded and expensive.

Hi Max, I currently live in TX but was born and raised in Aguadilla, PR. My parents have a 3bedroom 1 bathroom house in Ramey Aguadilla that they want to rent. It's furnished, and ready to live in and with internet/utilities. It was to be used as an AirBnb just before Covid started. If you get tired of Metro San Juan consider moving to the west coast of PR. Aguadilla is 30min away from Rincon which is an enclave for US expats/surfers. Welcome to PR!

Hi Max Congrats! I have a house in PR and spend my winters there…word to the wise, the northwest of the island is so much better for expats to live and the best beaches on the island are there. Somebody said Rincon but honestly it’s priced out already. People joke it’s the Hamptons of PR. Please, please, please make an in depth step by step video on how to get the tax benefits. I’m looking to start a corporation in order to receive the incentives. Do yourself a favor and check out Aguadilla. Ramey Base is there so the power grid and infrastructure of the town is better then most places in PR. Enjoy the island 🏝

I did the same thing in 2000! I loved Puerto Rico. Go to Boqueron! Best part of the island is in the west part of the island.
