I had more fun playing the alternate worlds because they feel a bit more like puzzles. Most of the things aren't as straight forwards, but it is still easy. So yeah, I would be excited to watch that!

The alternate versions were super cool to experience, super challenging too, please give it a go! They made me re-analyze the mechanics I knew and find new combinations. Imo the difficulty is the reverse of how you start (city is easiest and temperate/ forest is hardest) Might be biased because I was stuck on quarry 😆

I really appreciate how terra nil is telling a story to us with that ruined city being used as the base for this level. Sure, it's nothing we haven't seen before in any old post apocalyptic media, but in context this provides the undeniable answer to how this planet got so toxic. I do wonder though about the motivations of this advanced society or even alien race that's terraforming over the ruins. You'd think those ruins would have archaeological value. I suppose they already extracted anything worth the time before hand.

Find it interesting that this game seems to imply the lesson of humans can not coexist with nature without destroying it. It was seen partially with previous levels but this one drives it home by being like "the planet is almost perfect the only thing left to do is leave." As if the human presence itself is pollution. Don't think I agree with that message but it's an interesting one none the less.

More of this game! The alternative regions combine different mechanics from each of the regions you've already payed to create new challenges.

The alternate worlds are pretty great- they aren't just reskins, but require new approaches to solving each world.

I think it'd be cool if you did the alternale levels, as well as going back through and going for all animals/100%

This level can be cheesed in a big way, using the monorail network. I have used a single power plant, toxin scrubber and irrigator for the entirety of phase 1, relocating them using the monorail. You can't relocate the phase 2 buildings, but by that time you'll have a massive surplus, even on Environmental Engineer difficulty. Also fun fact: pylons retain their ability to provide power if you remove their power source. Another fun fact: you can screw yourself out of being able to complete the game if you combust all pieces of a biome in previous levels right before ending them, as the satellite view uses your previous levels. In some instances, having to keep phase 2 completed while also requiring phase 3 and optional goals would make the game much harder, as you'd need to occasionally raise temperatures without sacrificing too many advanced biomes like forests and tundras.

Please do the alternate versions! They were incredibly difficult for me and I was on medium costs mode. The first world gave me a run for my money and the third one I had to retry 3 times. I will give a small hint that isn't intuitive but is REQUIRED to beat the first alternate world below in a spoiler post The dehumidifer can be used to start fires with the solar resonator.

To me, this game is kinda boring to watch. Even on the hardest difficulty, it seems so easy to the point that you'd need to try to lose in order to fail. The only thing it has going for it is 'it looks nice' so while sure, it looks nice, I'd rather see Tyler play something more intellectually engaging. (in case it wasn't clear, my vote is for "no, I don't want to see more Terra Nil")

I hope the devs get a bit into science fiction. Stuff like big mushroom trees, exotic-colored grass & water, having to use naturally occurring energy crystals to power your structures.

This game doesn't really feel like it has any conflict or difficulty. It's relaxing and I guess somewhat satisfying, but personally, I would prefer to see other games on the channel

I was having the worst day of my entire life then I saw you find the eagle and it turned my entire life around. Not only did seeing this video improve my mental health I'm also now in the best shape of my life! The radiation came from the piles of toxic wastes you built heliocages over. They remove all the radiation because they literally cover the source. So you could've built fewer radiation cleansers.

Tyler you gotta get toastie to level 200 (100 works) in vampire survivors, trust me bro, dont even look it up just think about a way of doing it and I swear it will be worthy it

Terraforming has to be the literal coolest concept in existence. They should make an action rts where you land on hostile planets and have to terraform and slowly expand to take over the planet as your own. With some form of planet link system as you go planet to planet. Sorta like most space rts games, but your goal is conquer the universe or something lol.

A neat thing about the satellite uplink is it actually saves and shows you the maps you restored. It's not generating new ones. Also do the alternate regions. They're somewhat more tricky.

Please do the alternate biomes, I've been stuck on abandoned quarry for days and have had to restart numerous times. I think you'd enjoy the challenge!

I have watched two separate people play through this game now and I still don't understand it, BUT damn if it isn't satisfying to watch

Fun fact, pylons don't actually need to remain connected to a power source. If you build it, then recycle the power source, you can still use the pylon as a power supply for buildings
