Go to your channel category and then the category sections of every video and make sure they're not turned to "News and Politics" otherwise you'll be unable to save clips.

They make clips out of their livestreams because they presumably have editors but you as a viewer can't go to their stream and create a clip using RU-vid's clip feature. You'd have to download the video and edit it yourself.

It's crazy that it's not news and/or politics but both. Not to mention how political so many right wing channels are which means the algo categorizes them as something else.
