You just need about 10,000 hrs of practice to be at Ren and Romains level. Ren was handed a used acoustic guitar at the age of 10 and he went everywhere with it and played it. 24 yrs of playing pays off along with years of playing on the street. Not a lot of people can sing really good at the same time playing a technical song. Years of doing it.
