I hear you. Both my ex husbands had narcissistic personalities. I stayed with one for 22yrs and the other for 15yrs. I had no idea what I was involved in until a young lady I met at a church conference recommended a book to me 😳 Once you know you cant unknow. I now feel it is important to spread the word especially in churches. I stayed way longer than I should have because I was trained to believe that “God hates divorce” 😢 I have since learned that God hates what leads to divorce. I would have had more years of peace if I knew that’s what he meant ❤️🙏

I hope that you have fun on your date. I have one of those things that I use to get rid of my chin hairs too, lol. If he's not a van lifer, you could talk about some of your experiences, you can still talk about some of the different places that you have been, if he is a van lifer. The first date should be casual so talking about credit scores would be a no no.

I flat iron my hair when I was it only . Mine has lasted over a month doing it myself or going to my stylist . Normally in the summer I do wash and go but last summer I still flat ironed my hair 😮

I use a big flat iron for my hair. I also have a large curling iron I use after I blow dry it. Lots of heat spray protectant. I'm 72 and get it relaxed every 5 months.

I can barely flat iron or curl my hair anyway because I’m so uncoordinated. I’ve been walking around with forehead burn all week. I’m always impressed with people that can do it. I usually just give up. You look lovely. Have fun.

I used olaplex 3 when I had heat damage by my own hands...lol It's a bond builder, and it works! Put it on before washing your hair for 10 minutes. I did this for about a month.
