When this tune dropped at Uk raves in 1992-1993 you just looked at the person next to you and smiled like you have never smiled before. Pure XTC! Great days!! ONE LOVE!!!
Have to say this is a very special record for me and the wife. In January 1993 I was working in Stafford, plastering. Upstairs was a small recording studio playing this song. I managed to get a fresh copy of this on vinyl, with the Chill label and cover, no printing, just plain. I gave it to the wife as a gift. We loved it, danced to it many times in nightclubs. Today 2021 it still sits in our lounge. Unfortunately we don't have a record player. The saying "I need your loving" we said to eachother for years " Were still going strong, old time ravers. What a fantastic tune. Enjoy your youth. Old age is cruel.
quality , met my wife at a rezerection In Edinburgh in 92 and found out we were both from within a mile of each other 180 miles away in Elgin and went to the same club. Still together 3 kids , one who dj's old skool despite being 18.
Who’s here In May 2024 This song ❤ reminds me of my Rave days Fantazia. Seeing this live & THE SUN Coming Up … Never gets old. & still love to listen to this & dance in my front room x I Need your Loving … Hope if your feeling down listen to this Have a Blessed May ❤
54 here, some of the best days of and nights of my life between 89-94 were spent dancing, smiling and hugging strangers. I was 52 years old when i found out this was a guy singing.
It is hard to explain to anyone who wasn't there that your feet moved on clouds, your arms where floating into a bass rhythm and your heart and head was clear and full of love and happiness and all around you was on the same plain. We were the best of all times. It was the best of all times. This was ecstasy in more than just a pill form. The world would be a different place if it was the same today.I remember all I met, and loved you all. Respect...!
Great description of Greater times.. Waiting for directions to the rave on the radio, getting there, dropping the pills and waiting for the rush up the back of the neck...
To be honest, my heart skips a beat sometimes when I hear a tune or think or a situation that closely mirrors a moment from that time.... It has never been clearly defined in media like the 60's or 70's, but I believe it was better, in that window of E that changed us. I can only wish, but know, it was unique, as were we..............
Raving in me bedroom on me own, during lockdown, kids think I've lost the plot. Take me back to the 90s, no mobiles, no self obsession, just love and dancing😀
Ray Tokens 🥂pink champagne on ice 🧊 🛍 She said. We are all just prisoners here of our own device. How ironic that I’m stuck in LA listening to the eagles hotel California and now they call me Karen. Facckkkkk orrrrffffff. Jungilist massiv.
Eyeswideopen 1111 not forgetting thinking it was a rail of pink champagne turned out to horse and stuck down a Khole with a dolphin 🐬 family for god knows how long
What a privilege it was to be a part of this era. Hats off to my fellow ravers. When someone figures out a tardis or delorean, please take me with you.
53 and was there from 89 - 96.. If you were there 😂 I don't need to say anything else.. Amazing times.. Buzzing hard, and dancing solid all night until the morning 😍
I was in high school when this came out. Song has the best bass line you can only appreciate in a amped car. Remembering working on our stereos building boxes cruising the beach for hours with my boy Paul. COVID got him and his wife last year. Here’s to you Paul. Your missed….
ha - I cast my mind back over all the raves I've been at and they were some of the best moments. Random chats, handshakes, nods from your fellow ravers.. people from walks of life I would never have met otherwise. Good times.
Mark Stockton Spot on. Or that random massage from the girl behind. Amount of times I'd go in with mates and come out with groups of people I'd never met before.
Lol I find it funny how I haven’t heard sets for years I refuse to count and when I hear it again I can somehow mc every word but then ask me anything I learned at school and I can’t tell u shit!!!!
Born in 1976, these were the best times in my Life. Thank god for Breakbeats and the best memories on these days.. I'm sad that this fantastic time is over....and will never come back.
As someone who was not alive during the 90s, finding this genre though game soundtracks from this era has been really opening for me and I really love this sound, and there are people building on the work of this era Into entirely new sounds
Jungle did you unite us,it was a very special time a fusion of Black and White People and anyone else who wanted to join in.I had the time of my life and i will.never forget all the good people i met and may they all be blessed. Our lives arent over and they are still good things to come.❤
I went across a ditch at 40 miles an hour(slow) with 8 lads going to a nightclub listening to this. All roaring. Missed the Tree. Couldn’t get our way out of the meadow. Tune kept playing. Life in slow motion. Lol😊😊😊😊
No mate you got to evolve and keep on going. Why stop living, when having kids,wife/husband/animal or alien ;-)! That will lead or at least give you a high change of having a midlife crisis later in life! Just follow your feeling/things that give you energy and keep on enjoying life until you die and beyond!!!! So never stop lving. The day you stop with living your life is the day you die!
I'm gonna cry!!!! Tears falling down my smiling face..for real...I was a bit of the rave scene...many many trips...E!!!! But when I heard this playing, every time I hugged myself...didn't need anyone else...just the sunshine..perfect sample, too...excuse me...I need to wipe my eyes
Top tune from back in the early 90s. I remember this was a wedding song for one of my ex's friends back in the late 90s. Not the usual choice, but a bloody good choice !!
Australia here!! I got teary... underground Sydney Raves, day parties, random girls bathroom convos, dance til sunrise, all about the love. Come on 2020. Please bring this back. The essence of unity. Random hugs. We were social, united and close and it is why we were happy! The headnod, the rave skips, the knowing unity.
wish it was 1992 again and I was driving my car to this song... All the mistakes I made so far would be gone and I would be able to do it all over again...
+Jennifer M I'm feeling nostalgic. I was born in 1976 and I'm listening now to my favorite music from my teenage years on youtube. Like this one. Songs like this remember me of a happy and less complicated time. It gives such a strange nostalgic feeling. An epic and happy feeling but also sad because it remembers me of a time that will never return!
+GlobalTranceForce I too was a 1976 baby and I'm so sorry that the "old days" will not be back!!! I really loathe how my life turned out...poor decisions!
Fuck dude soap bar don't get me wrong I love my in country home hydro😉but soap bar decent puff up slate the African bush and columbian press weed with a wet eye miss them all dude

Imagine being in a rave with this, its late, everyone around you is intoxicated and gone beyond compare, everyone just having a good time dancing into the late hours. The intense feeling of euphoria, wicked feeling.
Simeon Wardle 44, mate. They were the best of times, I personally don't remember many bad times. I was too young and naive to take the bad shit life throws at you seriously.
This classic needs an extended revival! Step up to the mark DJ's and bring this banger back to life so the youth of today can appreciate a true anthem!!♡
The reason I know about this song is because it was at the end of RAWTEK at EDC mexico 2020 set. I fell in love with the classic sound and this is an amazing song
@@Unstoppablejacob try and find a Slipmat and Lime set from around 92. They released tracks as SL2 although both DJs. Sadly where they had their DJ set eludes me.
so glad my youth was spent listening to this. feel sorry for today's generation. All they have is Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber and your never gonna get a rush listening to that....
+Richard murden its my favorite song since I was a child before 18 years from today... and I especially Fan of A-HA, ENIGMA, BAD BOYS BLUE, MODERN TALKING AND MADONNA ...& I Agreed with you... (Y) :)
Naaah ..there are teenagers today (included me) who are listening to this kind of music...today`s mainstream music sucks!I wish I was born two decades ago at least...Peace and love!
yup..! You are absolutely right brother. On that time there was just peace, respect and love among humanity as compare to these days....!! I Wish too...!! :)
+Nick Grm Thanks for reply, its good to hear that the younger gen are listening to this era of music, 88-92 was an awesome period. Keep it up brothers and sisters.
I've not heard this since 1992. I remember when Baby D released their version and I was like, "Nah guys, this ain't the original." but no one knew what I meant. There was no internet to look it up. I actually wondered whether I'd imagined hearing it (at the Crayford Town Hall under 18s raves), and the Baby D one was the OG. Thanks for posting.
Tobin Harrison lol😄 yup I remember rhubarbs!! Acid, strawberries, blotters, pyramids etc great day's!! Totally different generation also back then, with things like acid, more hippie like back then!!. I definitely don't think we cared so much about how we looked either. Who'd have thought a few decades on things could change so much!!
Check out ragga jungle, its dnb, jungle reggae Jungle cakes the best mate!!!!! Welcome to the jungle vol 1 ed solo deekline, its a banger!!!! I've lived threw every genre since Dmob they call it aceeid 1989 and Im gonna tell the future here, Dnb/ breakbeat and Jungle will never die!!!!! ❤❤❤❤
Slow sentimental piano, beautiful female voice and word's. Last minute location for address to an illegal rave. All atendee's on a high of life and sound. Beautiful memories...now 57 in a bloody mobility scooter....but this track still today is as fresh today as the day's/daze I first heard it. Total classic. Those who know.... will know.

THANKYOU SO MUCH BIG LOVE AND RESPECT AND A LOT OF PEACE ✌️ ❤️
Haha. There's a chemical burn smell that you can't quite put your finger on. It's not a horrible smell. But it was always there, when you were on the edges of the dancefloor near the bar. Every rave hall had it! That smell comes back to me now with this song, some 25 years later!!
This song reminds me of being a small child in the 90s. My mom would do aerobics in the living room and I remember this song playing on the cassette, I'd run around just dancing and having a good time with no other care in the world haha good time
I remember this tune at bagleys back in the 90s,off my head on Microsoft, only needed 1 pill back then, better music, better drugs, better scene,no trouble, what a time!!!!!
Had this one on my walkman on my way to school many times... sitting in the metro from Spijkenisse to Rotterdam and getting my first job then. Glad i too have been there in these years!! We waren erbij mensen!!! Geschiedenis ;) Groeten uit Hellevoetsluis
