Most loader type tractors get used way beyond their capacity and all the pivot point bushings get worn out along with mounting bolts breaking off. Along with the bushings, you might want to double check the loader subframe. You probably have a crack or a break that's not readily visible.

mike, the movement between the mounting brackets and the loader frame has a certain amount of tolerance to make it easier to connect and disconnect. my first kioti had sloppy fit between the kioti loader frame and the mounting brackets when transitioning from lifting the bucket to pressing down with the bucket. my second kioti is same model but has a new holland loader mounted on modified kioti brackets and has very little slop during the up/down transition. i would be looking for another like model to compare the operation to yours. couldn't tell in your video but did not see any movement of the brackets on the frame of the tractor so assume all the movement is between the mounting brackets and loader frame. btw, i enjoy your videos

did the movement ever cause any problems?

@@mikekisch5563 not while i owned it but the fellow i sold it to had to have a clutch installed, and later, a fwd shuttle gear, so the shop that did the work had to remove all the loader and bracket parts to split the frame, twice. i later used the tractor and found a loose bolt on the right side bell housing mounting bracket, but can't know if it worked loose or was left loose by dealer. that kioti loader frame is the self leveling model, with qd bucket, so more joints to have loose motion in, compared to the new holland/pinned bucket loader on my current tractor. fewer joints, less slop.

Yup been through this with a John deere loader tractor make sure your using grade 8 bolts it will help for awhile to stop from breaking them but eventually as I found out it's going to give till it finally gives out and been fixed too many times to fix

Mike, looking at this I think that the other side has some wear but the side that is moving the most has more.

My opinion, these compact utility tractors are for light loader type work only. Most use farm tractor loaders like they're on a dozer, they arent. So they are often broken and welded A to Z.My farm tractor loaders have a frame mounted on the front frame to rear drive axel housings and an underneath cross member bolted on.Quick tach loaders dont usually have this and depend on the tractor castings as a stressed member so a strong tractor is best for those.I keep my loaders frame mounted on the tractor tight but the lift arms assembly I allow some play.It allows some give but only on the loader itself. For heavier bucking work, a skidsteer , loader dozer, loader backhoe work best.Otherwise very judicious operation is needed. That said sometimes a poor design must be worked with and one must use what funding allows.Take more trips and more time or spend that time repairing.Part of the problem is alot of these small tractors are powerful and have all wheel drive and can deliver quite a bit of force, more than an aftermarket or even the name brand product can withstand. Reduce speed to reduce impact stresses and reduce size of loads and enjoy your tractor work unless you like shop work.Broke off bolts? Well, arent they fun.You have to deal with them on an individual basis,ALL are difficult.

bad design for sure

How much clearance is there between the mount holes and the mount bolts? If a sloppy fit it could be allowing the flex. Also: when the loader mount is aligned and installed to the tractor is there a lot of side clearance? If so install some shims between mount bracket flanges and block. Looks like you have a very loose fit on the mounts and that will cause the flex you're seeing. Maybe.

That's what it looks like to me... A little bit of play in the mounting holes... Hard to tell over the internet though!

the bolts do fit loose, but i think it has always been like that. i dont think they are hollowed out. mounting the loader frame to the motor is a bad design. i replaced all the bolts to hopefully make a solid mount when the tractor was apart. i guess if all it is slop in the design i can live with it

Chinese tractors are notorious for having bolts vibrate loose. Then threads get damaged and slop between the fasteners and threads happen. I tightened 16 bolts just on the front axle of my 4wd tractor. 8 more from the frame to engine mounts. In your case inspecting threads on bolts and in holes is required. Maybe some will need new bolts and Helicoils. My bucket and lift assembly has no slop, for now. Good luck.

Engineering nightmare… steel case yes? Would suggest plate steel and 5/8 grade 8 bolts. Weld 3/8 box channel across the back mounting bracket of loader and drill through holes for mounting hardware. Well gussets on both sides of box channel , then weld crossmember to attach the front loading arms from shifting up/down then side to side. Tie it together with removable pins to dismount from tractor and or routine maintainable. Just a thought… some tractors are made for front loaders and some need to be redesigned to compensate lack of effort of designing engineers… I worked with those alpha types who think that they have two Master degrees they are smarter than those of us in design validation and proof of concept. Good luck Mike with the Mahindra those are engineers with only one Masters degree who designed your tractor.👍🏻

i am looking into reinforcing it, but the problem i can see is the front wheel turning radius almost gets into the current mounting bracket

Sorry. Has less and that the wiggle may be due to the bushing slop.

Could only find this one video that mentions frame problems , says the bolts tend to loosen up with use : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nkVY1YsJ2jA.html

it looks you don`t have proper sub frame , on my 2130 JD the loader frame has stiffener plate running from the loader frame to the front wheel carrier and i have stiffener bars from the loader frame attaching to the rear axle - XG3025 LS Tractor~~ Did LS Tractor Co.
