This episode made me tear up. Idk if Matt has any daughters but it's almost like Lizzie was the daughter Matt never had. They are lovely, but a little bit of cussing wouldn't go amiss sometimes. They have situations where it would be appropriate. I find it difficult to trust people that _never_ swear - it's not natural, and you have to wonder what else they are supressing. Still despite that, Matt is clearly a much nicer boss than most. A free car(truck) for your leaving present is well beyond what's expected.

We've watch and tagged along, in spirit if not in person, from before Lizzy became a part of Matt's crew, to her earliest days there, her adventures in learning to weld as confidently as she now does, and to this final sweet departure time as she moves on to new passages in her life. Knew this would happen, but always hoped it would be later rather than sooner! Bringing in Lizzy was the smartest thing Matt ever did to grow the MORR channel. Her personality and capabilities brought something that will be very difficult to replace. With that said, Lizzy has a lot going for her and shows a real knack for success. It is great that she has interests of her own and is pursuing them. Will a new YT ranching channel be in our future?? We'll see!! 🤞🤞

Dang Matt! That was a gut punch for Sunday morning! Really sad to see Lizzie go but happy for her to chase her dreams! She'll always have a special place in our hearts! One of my favorite clips of Lizzie was when she fell in the creek while recovering the Golden Nugget. She'd get a gazillion subscribers if she started her own YT channel out at the ranch! To be honest, I always wondered how long it would be before Lizzie would go out and walk her own path. She is a very talented young lady with a charming personality but it always seemed (to me) like she wanted to be somewhere else. I think that giving her the truck was a very generous gift. Well done!
