A new way to cook rice it's so delicious that I cook 3 times a week!!!
Welcome to my kitchen, I hope you are well, Today we are going to prepare a new, very easy and quick dinner recipe with simple ingredients.
I start by cooking a cup of rice in boiling water then I set aside.
In a frying pan I brown an onion, garlic and olive oil for a few minutes then I add canned tuna and parsley.
Mix the rice and the tuna stuffing then pour into an ovenproof dish and pour the egg and cheese cream then bake for about twenty minutes at 200°C.
And now the meal is ready!
I would never have thought of cooking rice this way but it was really delicious my husband and my children loved it!
