Can I add to this, as I haven't watched her since she became a singer (which is lovely) but her hair is so good. I love this style of cut, very Miley Very modern and it matches my child's hair currently!
Idk why but there's something deeply satisfying and inspiring about the way Naomi eats her meals. The way she combines different cuisines and abandons "food rules" to fit her taste. She's so playful with her food. I love seeing this and it inspires me to experiment and try out more things 🩷
Really happy seeing other people with EDs or recovering find these videos comforting or calming, been thinking I might be weird for liking these so much when I have such a restricted diet and "fear" most food but I guess I'm not the only one
nah same here, it's good seeing someone just eat whatever and however they feel like, completely unbothered and showing that nothing bad will happen from it
we love the "7 days straight" series I would love to see a "eating the most popular German foods or meals for 7 days straight" id love to see the more German side of Naomi Jon 😂🥦
Everyone is talking about how she ate strawberries with the green stuff, but only few people mentioned that she mixed up green and yellow… Gurl, i was expecting rainbow order 😭😭😭 Also, brown is just dark orange, so don't worry about that.
ngl, this is probably one of the best eating challenges naomi has taken on, you can tell it's really well planned out and honestly I would actually have most of those recipes she tried on normal days like they genuinely seem good regardless of the color like the red pasta and the green omelette. I like how it looks like a normal eating day just that it's a specific color, bc normally color eating challenges are full of insane foods lmao but this one seems so "real" and yummy.
This is one of the best "eat by color" videos out there. Naomi does a great job showing how to eat certain colors without the use of food dye (for the most part). So many other video are just people using food dye to color things, so this was refreshing and creative!
FUN FACT : taro is actually a grayish pink. A purple root veggie would be Ube. It’s an hours long process to really make your own either way. Lesson learnt from working in a boba shop that made us make it from scratch ❤😊
Red Look and Dinner 3:32 Orange Look and Dinner 11:35 Green Look and Dinner 21:04 Yellow Look and Dinner 30:00 Blue Look and Dinner 35:55 Purple Look and Dinner 41:55 Pink Look and Dinner 48:38 Something about the makeup, clothes and food being the same color- soothes my soul 😂
pink is also my favorite color and the herring salad looks so yummy. i might have to recreate it with chicken instead of herring. these videos always inspire me to try different foods
As someone who has a love/hate relationship with food and also has an eating disorder i am very happy to see someone on the internet who enjoys their food and not worry about calories and stuff. The amount of guilt i get for eating something "unhealthy" is insane but watching this video gives me calm and i get pure joy. Thank you for being so real, Naomi❤
Same here! I also eat very unhealthy bc i am a picky eater and also (prob bc im still not diagnosed) have eating disorder (im scared of trying new food)
I have ARFID and my diet is very limited currently, but I always enjoy videos like this, it makes me happy to see people enjoying food too, or even just trying food, and even sometimes helps me to find foods I might like to try eventually
Your food videos are always so comforting and helpful because you always seem to have such a healthy relationship with food. I know you said that's not always the case, but just the way you portrait yourself is so helpful to me in Ed recovery. You literally inspired me to make creamy pasta today.
Yeah I didn't ever think that was an option 😅 seems like eating the core of a tomato, like it'd taste bad? Totally gonna try and eat strawberries whole and see if I've been wasting strawberry parts this whole time lol
By the way, hollandaise sauce isn't actually dutch. It's french and was created to celebrate some kind of victory over Holland, hence the confusing name. "Sauce hollandaise" in french and "Holländische Sauce" in german both mean Dutch sauce, and ironically enough even in Dutch it's called "Hollandaisesaus". Food history is full of misnomers like this, it's a mildly interesting subject.
@@naomigoossen91 You 'really gotta say'? Did you really have to say that? Desperately needed to virtue-signal to random people in the comments of a fun video? So a comment mentioning France having a victory over Holland inspired you to be self-deprecating about your national history? Your white guilt is showing, history is just that, the fact that it's no longer like that means it's no longer 'problematic'... nobody alive did any of it and modern western countries continue to strive to be better. No nation that ever existed is innocent by today's standards, every country at one time or another oppressed a group or groups, all nations took things from other nations, most had slavery, most warred, most had atrocities. Time to stop feeling guilty for things you had no part in. Really tired of seeing people complaining about things in the past they weren't a part of, that they can't undo, shitting on their countries history as if it's still a problem in 2023. You're in the comment section of a German woman... lets keep guilt over history out of it, because it could get ugly.
very interesting thanks for the information! do germans actually call it "holländische sauce"? i'm from the german speaking part of switzerland and we call it sauce hollandaise but maybe because we use more french words than germans (like trottoir instead of bürgersteig/bordstein).
Didn’t expect to learn so much about the history of ‘Hawaii’-named, non-Hawaiian foods, but here we are. Naomi bringing the entertaining, educational content 😂
This salad with fish we have it in my country too as a classic New Year salad. I guess all Slavic countries have it. The only difference from German version is that we have it in layers and instead of sour cream+yogurt sauce we use usual mayo.
my boyfriend's family eat it sometimes but the children are picky so they skip on the fish and use other things. it's still very pink because of the beet and mayo but I am guessing easier on the stomach 😂
I love your make up looks they are so fun and unique 🤩also loved the more natural one when you cooked the tomato pasta your so pretty with or without make up 🥰
Everyone is talking about Naomi eating the strawberry leaves or her doing green before yellow but I am in awe at the pineapple toasties. Never in my life have I heard of that before and tbh they looked p yummy😳
I am from Poland and i didn't know that in Germany you call kiełbasa krakowska a "krakauer" but I am really glad that you like it! In Poland we really like sasuges from Frankfurt (i think u call it frankfurten) and we call them "frankfurterki" 🇩🇪🇵🇱❤
Because of my depression i often struggle to eat or make food for myself, and these videos (and therapy:) ) help me soo much. There is NOTHING wrong with eating normal foods and not your 100% healthy super bowl if its too much effort ❤
I love to watch your videos on my days off, helps me relax a lot 💖 This has to be one of my favorites so far, the production, the length, the outfits... 10/10 ✨️
You always bring your videos out JUSTTT when I’m in need of a hittt of your amazingggg energy and gigglesssss ahhh thank you you gorgeous broccoli 😊❤️🥦
I love your content, you always put so much effort into your videos and how they're organized and I love to see that. There aren't many people who do that, plus your videos feel authentic and your whole personality just screams relatable and real. Another thing, when you were disappointed in the pink dragon fruit and you wanted to know where the hype was at, idk if you're ever had one but yellow dragon fruit is so much better than pink/white dragon fruit. It's sweeter and has a more enjoyable taste
Naomi’s videos are definitely one of the most comforting ones of RU-vid for me. Thanks for always blessing us with your funny and comforting content. 💕
I'm twenty mins in and ive already decided ur my fav chef on yt, you made so much pasta (pasta and spaghetti is my fav food) I'm sfjvbweun I'm freakin out.
I've been having a shitty week and there seems no end to this torture but this video was so comforting to watch. I was on the verge of tears but watching Vincent's reaction to the smoothie at 37:56 made me laugh and feel a little better❤
Heeyyy I've just recently found you and binging on your videos an also got your music on amazon am added them to my shower playlist hahaha I have to comment on this video though cos when I was a kid I was undiagnosed autistic n would only eat pink food for years my mum would add pink food colouring to my food lmao I would eat raspberry things even though I liked strawberry better but strawberry things are red hahaha I was very strict on myself when I was an infant hahha well it was between age 3 and 6 so I was very small lol I still get excited about pink food 30yrs later but I'm hyperfixated on ramen now so that's all I eat 😂😂😂
It made me sooo happy and relieved to see Naomi eating fresh fruits and vegetables in one of these 7 day eating videos! I always worry about her a little bit eating so much weird processed stuff when she does one of these.
You know 7 days of processed food won't kill you. No edible food will kill you if you only eat it in large quantities for 7 days. It's part of a healthy, balanced diet, so incorperate foods that are deemed processed or unhealthy.
@@mentallyillgenz3508 there’s no healthy diet on the planet that encourages 7 full days of processed junk food. I love Naomi but her fans (y’all) are such unfriendly weirdos. Your username is very fitting.
Just as a tip, when I worked at a crepe stand, we did high heat - little time for crispy brown crepe and low heat-long time for a white, soft crepe, so for the mango crepe I recommend heating the pan until before it smokes, and then go to the lowest setting put your crepe mix and cover, when you see it's dry-ish, you're done and it will be whatever colour you put it in originally instead of turning brown.
Herring salad is one of the main dishes on the New Year's table in Russia. It is called Herring under a Fur Coat. Maybe the recipe is from the Soviet Union or East Germany
Ended up eating quite a bit healthier than usual with these vids, I love how that happened! And I get why people don’t like the pineapple pizza but I just love the sweet and savory it gives.
I love it when you do videos like this, your dedication to the makeup and top matching the colour wach day is on point. I'm really considering getting tickets to the London show but I've got to look for flights and accommodation to see if I can afford it, please come to england
Love your longer videos, I always get so excited to watch them lol. But that hair looks so good on you! I know you were suspicious about the cut but it suits you so much!
We actually sell some of the Elephant Bay Icetea at the Cafe I volunteer at and I got to try a lot of them. They are SO good! At the moment we sell blueberry and peach, which a lot of people love. They also have a rose one that some guests hate and a lot of people love.
for the mango pancake, you can stuff it into the fridge for like half an hour then the crepe is supposed to stiffen a bit. In Hong Kong we often find this in our local bakeries, kids love this stuff :D
