I Only Ate Jewish Food for a Day 

really good spread of ashkenazi (central/Eastern Europe) jewish food! sephardic jewish people are from spain/northern Africa and have lots of different traditional dishes that are heavily spiced and so yummy. my fam only eats this kind of food on holidays, and the rest of the time we eat a lot of middle eastern/mediterranean food (hummus, falafel, pita, salads, cheeses, babaganoush, olives/ pickles etc.)

I am Jewish (and vegan!) and I loved that you did this! As a vegan, it can definitely be difficult to find vegan Jewish food, but it was so fun to watch your video. :)

You have to clarify that this is the cuisine of Ashkenazi Jews.Тhere are different types of Jews and also the cuisine.

The vegan aspect is actually relatively authentic. If you keep kosher, you can't have meat and milk, so we always had vegetarian stuff kicking around to "cheat".
