Just a bit of info regarding pregnancy cravings... Generally if a lady's body is low in a certain vitamin, mineral, etc... Then her cravings will reflect that. As an example if her sodium level is low then she will crave salty chips, sparkling water with added salt. If she's low in protein she may crave chicken, eggs or hamburgers. My cravings were pretty normal. I remember craving spicy food, specially red Thai curry. My babygirl was so excited after I ate it, she moved around and kicked me a lot, same like when I had something sugary. And what they say about craving something you've never had before, it's completely true. I was craving tteokbokki, which is a Korean spicy dish, so much that my husband asked a local korean restaurant if they could make it even if it wasn't in the menu and they were absolutely lovely and prepared it and omg... It was heavenly. Tasted exactly like I imagined. They even added it in the menu later just for that situation 😂😂😂 ok maybe my cravings weren't that normal after all... 🤦🏻‍♀️ 😂 In fact, the weirdest combo I craved was milk chocolate bar with pop rocks.
