Idk if it's sold where you live, but in the US you can buy cans of peach pie filling. It's different than just canned peaches and would have tasted better in the tart.

Pasta with chocolate actually is a thing. I like it. You can eat it. But you have to cook the pasta (spaghetti works better) properly and not such microwave nonsense and you have to melt a real and good quality chocolate bar and make a good sauce adding a bit of cream or butter to the melted chocolate and then mixing it with the pasta. You can eat it as a dessert then. Or you can add chili and spices to the chocolate sauce. Raphael uses bad quality ingredients and cooks them wrong. He really can't complain then.

I don't believe the watery grease came from the mushrooms, due to the mushrooms being raw. I believe the grease came from the mixture of the beans and sausage. You didn't drain the beans which already had juices in it and sausage creates grease when you cook it.
