If you have a po box I would send you a "poffertjespan" so you can make poffertjes at home, we still have a pan and neither of my parents want it. but to be fair I think you should be able to find one online in case I couldn't send you one.

If you’re lactose intolerant can’t you just have the lacto free cheese? I’m dairy intolerant and vegan cheese is just questionable so I stick with the lacto free one cause it’s just normal cheese :)
I've always wondered that haha.. also I thought cheese was quite easy to digest for lactose intolerant people because it is made with enzymes to break down the lactose
@@annika9348 yeah, hard cheese has such a low lactose content that lactose intolerant people don't react to it. it's different with soft cheese like brie etc. but i do believe she's said she's allergic to dairy and not just lactose intolerant!
@@sarabeaarr Exactly, even full fat yoghurt with live biocultures should be okay for lactose intolerant people. Didn't realise she's allergic though, I must have missed that I only ever heard her say lactose intolerant haha 😊
I guess the term allergic suggest anaphylaxis where someone can't breathe. You can be allergic to a food group and have other symptoms. Allergic reaction is defined by your immune system attacking the food and therefore you which creates an immune response. You can also be intolerant which is where you can't have too much of something or your body doesn't digest it properly. You can be intolerant to the protein in diary which isn't the lactose. So removing the lactose doesn't make a difference as the person is intolerant to the protein in the diary.
I made the mini pancakes and they were super delicious although it was so much work! :D I liked them with some almond milk, maple syrup and raspberries, yumm! I also plan to try the tortilla with eggs, looks fantastic :)
Love this video! I’ll have to try some of these. A tip when cooking eggs- Wait until the end of cooking the eggs to add salt, otherwise it dries them out more. Salt later makes more fluffy eggs
I made the omelette tortilla thing today for lunch. It was really good! I was really worried about flipping it over but it worked out ok. I’ll definitely make it again.
