heheheheheh OG Grace do be making an appearance..... I know these ones always make people get opinionated about what you should and shouldn't eat but at the end of the day, YOU DO YOU BOO !!! Instagram: graceboooth97
The “what I eat in a day” videos are my absolute favourites!! You have such a healthy relationship with food and it makes me so happy. Thank you for keeping me entertained during this crazy lockdown/quarantine :) So much love ❤️
yes! she’s the only youtuber whose what i eat in a day videos i will watch. i’ve battled eating disorders my whole life and she has taught me so much about having a healthy relationship with food
@@ZahradeLancre same. So therapeutic seeing someone who eats what they want and don't worry about it. In fact just loves food. So inspiring xx good luck with your recovery ❤️
Love how you and your family handle food positively and don’t let anything stop you if you are hungry. Wish my family was like that instead I got my mom who gets up every time someone goes in the kitchen to see what they are grabbing and constantly have my parents discus food negatively and judge us for what we eat saying we’re going to get fat when we’re all normal sized. Luckily we learned to ignore it especially now since we’re all in our twenties. But wish I had a family dynamic like yours always makes me happy to see. I know we don’t see everything I’m sure there’s fights like every family but hopefully one day when I have kids my family will be as close as yours.
I feel you! My parents are also always commenting on what my sister and I eat, eventough we're in our twenties right now and have a normal weight (my BMI is even considered underweight). My sister and I always talk about it and learned to ignore it. It makes me so angry though because it could have been so harmful if we would have been sensitive to eating disorders.
SAME. My parents relationship with food which has unfortunately now been passed onto me has always been negative. Everything has been labelled good/bad food & my dad would come running into the kitchen to see "what are you eating now?" as soon as he heard a cupbord open. I swear that man had sonar for the snack cupboard!
i'm currently recovering from anorexia and when i tell you your videos are life saving!!! you just put a smile on my face and make me feel like i should enjoy food and that there is no reason to fear it :)) love you grack ❣❣
I struggle with food a lot, iv had days where iv starved myself and I usually feel really guilty eating food, your videos really help me show that I'm not eating too much and I shouldnt feel guilty doing something my body actually needs, usually a lot of what I eat in a day is extremely unrealistic for young adults and teenagers. They usually make me feel really shit for eating just normal food but your videos really help me, I watch them a lot when I eat so I can forget about the food infront of me but also understand that the portion I'm having is okay, sorry this was so long lol! Anyway thank you so much. 💜💜
With u on that I starve all day I think I eat to much ate the same thing for 14years have OCD and eating disorder and depression I go through stages I starve, eat little them bing eat and vomit so much I dream to be like her and foobd but I am 44 this year and fucked my body u starve to long and the op will happen u bloat ya face and u put on wight
i am not normally one to comment, but recently ive taken up baking as i have to stay inside for 12 weeks. baking & your videos seem to be the only things getting me through this self isolation. all my love to you and your family during this time
Bread or sweets? Grace inspired me to bake bread. I have always found bread making to be romantic. So I have had so many fails but I found a recipe tht doesnt fail. I make all kinds of bread with it. It is soooooo good.
literally been crying all afternoon (BPD and the current situation don't mix well) and your new videos are the only thing to make me smile. you are the human form of sunshine honestly thank you xxx
I'm in the same position. Bpd plus this situation is a disaster. And my boyfriend is over an hour away from me so we haven't seen each other in about a month now. Sending you good vibes 💓
I'm in the same position (BPD and also autistic) and it's so hard isn't it? Grace's videos help me to focus and stay calm though. She's wonderful and her video's are an amazing distraction from everything x
The curry dinner looked lovley but a tip for the samosas. Roll the dough into rounds flatshape? and cook on the pan like chapatti for literally 10 seconds a side and cut into semi circles for cone shaped samosas. So theyre easier to handle and keep their shape better xx
I grew up thinking warm wheetabix was normal. It was only a couple of years ago I realised having it with cold milk is what most people do, I’m still shocked cause that sounds so bad... cold and soggy😂
Isolation and WFH stress has been really getting me today but THIS is what we all needed. Grack vids + what I eat in a day vids are the best so combined is *chefs kiss*
What luck that I found your channel a long time ago. You are a legend, Grace. Thank you for all your amazing, positive, light-hearted content. Sending you a warm virtual hug. ❤️
I have only recently discovered your chanel and i have to say you have really put a smile on my face. You're just so down to earth and fun to watch. I watched your other video where you answer assumptions people have of you and i just want to say dont let anyone bring you down or try to put you down. I think you're brilliant 🖤
just finished watching the extra grack video and now this popped up in my sub box im so excited🥺these vlogs are the happiest parts of my days cause quarantine and uni only make me really anxious😩 so thank you Grace ily xx
I love how no matter what your family are doing you always make time to eat together at meal times, growing up my mum was disabled so me and my sisters used to cook for ourselves and sit on the sofa with a tea towel on our knees that was the most exciting time off day for us to spend together xx
Oh Grace just thank you for you honestly!!!!!!!!!! You're really just the most beautiful soul! So appreciating all your positive vibes right now! Loved this video but let's face it every single one of your videos just makes me happy :) QUEEEEEEEEEEEEEN xxxxxxxxxxx
Traditionaly for samosas we roll out the dough into chapaties which we cook on a dry pan and then let it cool abit before cutting in half and creating the cone to fill. Also lidls own brand cocoa puffs are also dairy free n lovely
Your what I eat in a day and the family dinner videos are my favorite. I like when you do those and have bits of your family in and baking and making things. Top notch, best ones idk why by I love them 😍
this community that you've created grace is amazing! all so positive and jokey on here, barely any hate and all showing a mutual love and respect for your positive and excited attitude towards food and life in general! grackle fam ;)
I’m early so I don’t have anything to say but I love you grace! You’re videos are super entertaining and you’re just so amazing and such a good person! ♥️
@@annika9348 I know I should scroll on if I see an opposing opinion, but if you think that putting cold milk on weetbix and then microwaving it is the same as pouring hot milk on weetbix, then I urge you to reconsider. I believe you are incorrect. They are different things. I will report back in two breakfasts time to deliver my findings.
@@JaimeeL901 😂 i see what you mean but in my head it still ends up being weetabix with hot milk and sugar lol.. just a different process 😉 But im looking forward to the report haha 👍🏽
It’s so pleasant to see how normalized hunger/food in general is in your household, and among your family members. Makes it easier to allow myself lenience ❤️
You are just fabulous, Grace. You're so very much yourself and that gives other people the courage to be themselves too! The way you are and what you stand for is very special and such a gift.
My moods been so low recently, especially the past 2 days (pregnant and anxious about the current situ) I love watching your videos they really help me. The clip of your Dad with Banksy's claw made me laugh out loud so thank you 😂❤
I love your videos so much! I think this is the first video I have seen you wear eye makeup 🥰 you look beautiful with or with out but wow your eyes are stunning 💕
I don’t know if you will ever read this. But I am going to a hard time and I am trying to heal from a break up and some other things I am going through right now. Every evening I am watching your videos and it makes me happy and smile. I love your vibe and your content. Thank you Grace you are a wonderful person!
Okay Ms Grace, please make more of these😆? All the nurses, including myself really LOVE what I eat in a day. I requested it before, but let me explain. There are 3 of us that used to be stationed on the military base in England. Watching helps us to remember what we used to love to eat. We miss the foods. The roast dinner were the BEST! I CANT BELIEVE Jesse ate an entire pack of Weetibix??? We all love you Dearly😍😍😍😍😍
Hey Grace just wanted to say that bresaola with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon and some arugula ( and parmesan as well but not if you’re dairy free), is normally how we eat it. It’s really good on it’s own but I think it’s worth to try this one if u want
You make eating look so much more exciting than it feels to me!! I love it!! I mean even making Weetabix exciting and appealing!! 🤣❤️ That is a skill!!!! Xxx the care and attention to the sugar application!! (even though you nearly knocked the sugar OVER) 🤣🤣🤣 Also love the way you happily eat 4, your attitude to food and eating is so refreshing!! 😘🙌🌈❤️
Hey Grack! I am italian and Bresaola is actually from my country. The way you should eat it to really have a full experience is with some parmesan cheese (i know you can't!), a dash of lemon juice and rocket. Put some olive oil and black pepper and you are good to go :)
Love these positive video's at this time! Also, I noticed a lot of the traditional English meals the family eat are very similar to traditional meals we eat where I am from, Newfoundland. We've kept a lot of the same meals in our British heritage, with some subtle changes over the generations. It's interesting to see! Makes me want to make a video of traditional Newfoundland meals! ...but I won't lol.
I love how the last thing you eat for the day is before 8pm! My goodness, in a lot of countries they wouldn't even have had their main meal of the day by that time!
If you really like gravy, in Australia we have meat pies (beef mince) with gravy and peas and mashed potato for dinner and it’s sooo good and I think of it every time you show gravy and I’m honestly craving it rn 😪 if you can find meat pies when all of this is over, you should try it with gravy because I LOVE IT,, love ur videos btw and you make my day ❤️❤️
