Hey Mav I’ve been watching your videos for a few weeks now and I have to say you made this shut in music producer go out and try his hand at fishing, enjoy the outdoors , and learn more about how to respect nature. Definitely do a multiple day living on the wild only! But I don’t think there is anything wrong with using seasoning and oils. Supposed to be a challenge and fun, not torture!! But you’d definitely have to consider where you stayed and what it offers on forging.

Hi Mav. In the watershed you are fishing we try to practice catch and release on the rivers. If you care to eat the fish, there are many lakes in the region that are stocked, and you can find a list of these areas on the CPW website. Also, it is illegal to dispose of fish entrails or any other byproducts in the water. Try to pack it out with you. Have fun.
