If you adjust for inflation, 35 cents in November 1959 is $3.67 now. The old map is also classified information that can be sold to USSR, and needs to be examined for Xs in case there are more hidden safes buried at that location.

The book "SKOOTS" looks like a play director Edna Kaus who played Mrs. Annie Strasburg signed the book to Annie E. Bickham who played Dixie OJ or OT Dec.19th,1904 as a Christmas Gift. From the research I did it looks like possibly the Orphan Annie play before it became a movie bcuz the play goes back to the early 1900's. THAT'S ACTUALLY PURITY COOL AND WITH IT BEING IN MINT CONDITION THAT IS REALLY COOL!!! With the play characters and the actress's signatures if I'm correct on the research information 😉
