You can use websites like privacy to make a burner credit card, so he could have done that. Also, with privacy you can set up limits on a card so it can't be used past a certain point

I'll be honest I was thinking this was going to be a video of someone using an Oblivion soundboard to order a pizza from somewhere but using a mod to order a real pizza while in-game is way more ridiculous and amazing than I ever could have imagined. Like that's a real sentence that isn't just nonsense, "I spoke to the pizza guard in Oblivion and Domino's delivered it to me" if I had said that out loud prior to watching this video I would have been arrested

I can explain the iced tea lemonade mixup. The domino's API system has each item assigned a number. It may have had its product numbers updated or changed. So the Mod may have technically worked, but was using outdated product codes. The factory I work at uses a similar system for ordering stuff from Grainger/McMaster.
