I Overheat My Polaris RZR XP Pro Ultimate 

Just to clarify....it is not a "two layer radiator", what you are seeing is the charge air cooler (turbo intercooler) in front and the coolant reservoir in the rear with the fan attached.

In my experiences, it can be A: water pump B: low or clogged radiator C: air trapped in the system

Nice Razor and ride Steve, from a fellow new Polaris owner (General XP1000) and railfan down in Mackville.

I had to add half a quart of coolant to my NEW General XP4 1000 and the first trailer that they sold me had loose floorboards, returned that trailer and the lights didn't work on the replacement trailer and the trailer was NEW as well. I didn't figure out the lights issue until about 10 miles down the road when I pulled over to check my tie downs. Seems like you need to do you own inspection before you sign. Thanks for sharing.

Never pressure wash the radiator with high pressure

Might be a good idea to head over to Home Depot sometime and buy some coil cleaner, same stuff you use on your outdoor air conditioner unit. Spray on the coils and it foams up and gets the dirt out between the fins,Then you rinse it off. I use it on my outside air conditioner to keep it running efficiently.

Let the radiator dry before going back on the trail or it will cake again.

what is normal temp range?

Those things are A BLAST! How many cylinders? How big is it? Are they set up for ethanol gas? If not ethanol may damage the engine. If it's self bleeding it may have poured some out when you rolled it. Have fun you two! Best wishes, Bryan Phillips

Should have got a can am

Should always carry a bag of tool's just in case and antifreeze. I upgraded the radiator to a bigger one to hold more antifreeze. Ha ha Jesse heard u say u do laundry. And say's i bet he comes with a ton of laundry when u get off the road. Hell i always did with the Army bag and Jessie would be doing all my laundry and she would always fold it and also wash the army bag. And if i had my KW at her house. She would hang my shirt's up and fold my pant's and put the short's and sock's in several Walmart bag's that i use for trash. i do laundry all the time. Sometimes Jessie will be like ok (Which Kid) did her clothes and the kid's will be like not us mom. And she would be like u did my laundry and i go yeah. I had custom racing harness installed on our 2 seater cause we love to drive the $#@! out of it all the time. And it still run's and drive's excellent after Jessie rolled it down the grassy hill. She was ok no bruise's. And she was like let's do that again. Some kid's was going the wrong way on the trail and Jessie went off the trail to avoid them. They was flying on there dirt bike's and there mom's chewed them out. And they said they was sorry to me and Jessie. I had the ATV shop reinstall the radiator to the back of the RZR and we never had no issues over heating again cause like in the video u spraying the power washing from the car wash all the mud is stuck between the radiator. Jessie was like wow that's good he's doing that. And i said why u think i had the ATV shop install ours in the back of the RZR. And it get's better air flow now when we are flying in the mud. And i had the ATV shop install 2 radiator fan's. And Jen don't worry u do a good job filming when Steve hand's u the camera.
