I play Mario Kart Tour multiplayer by making my phone laggy has possabile 

As you can see, from the video, the whole game will stop you load in and left where you were off. This isnt a network issue, the whole phone is using up stuff causing Mario Kart tour to lag. This in turn makes me slower in multiplayer. Everything in multiplayer is based on device not connection. Any slow phone will cause you to be slow.
