If you stack your factory & assembly you could have more room, also windmills can be partially submerged and still work

"Oh no, I didn't expect this to be this costly" I was expecting this when you said you are going to use terraforming to expand the land in your first video. I believe the terraforming factory digs through land to get sand. Eagerly waiting for more surprised reactions from you in the future videos.

Putting windmills on platforms above roads all over the island will save a lot of space.

Build a few windmills on top of the bot part factories. This saves you some space.

Using a level 1 platform and a shaft you can bridge the gap over walking path without interrupting the path

as buildings next to each other share power, isnt it not necessary to connect the large windmill to the gear workshop? It touches the observatory.
