My understanding is that the artist is also the sole developer and basically the only reason it got shit out on steam in its current state is because the publisher is a trainwreck of a company. This game as apparently been in development for around 6 years so it could probably use another couple decades to cook at that rate. Seems like the guy is a great artist and animator the publisher probably should've hired an actual dev to work on the game instead of letting him do his own thing though

The art for the last game was created by an artist called 'Taboolicious'. To my understanding, he's a professional artist, and has been working on Amal' for a while. He's not a programmer and did all of the art himself. I don't know if the game was a solo project or not; I think he has had programmers work on the game over the years; trying not to say anything inaccurate. Obviously, he draws a lot of very adult stuff, but at the very least, people can look him up now if they like his work. His art is killer level.

@@Oxrenn I didn't say I hate him, I said (or meant it as) I hate (that) this guy gets my hopes up. It's not necessarily rude to express how I feel about it and unfortunately I just don't care much for soulsbourne games. Beat BloodBourne and platinumed Sekiro but that doesn't mean all I wanna consume is the stuff 🫠
