Medieval Dynasty has had a lot more time in the oven than bellwright. Combat may be clunky but it's still better than Medieval Dynasty's combat 😆 Management is much better in Medieval Dynasty tho IMO
These developers have a history of abandoning their games. Look at Last Oasis and Of Kings and Men, make them actually finish the game before you buy it.
Got my pc working [just needed to update drivers]and so downloaded Bellright early hrs of this morning .Was expecting to use my xbox controller like I usually do on pc but not supported so getting used to keyboard and mouse all over again .Loving the game so far Just started my camp and building a shelter for Lubomir .Looks great and crafting as well as combat pretty instinctive I'm def gonna enjoy this one !
I learned about this game pretty late into the cycle (End of last year maybe?). I've heard a lot about Manor Lords, but only recently had the time to try both! Its a good time to be into Medieval games lol
Both games have survival crafting aspects in a medieval world, but their playstyles are a bit different . Bellwright definitely has a lot more of a bandit and raiding emphasis, but you can still invite people to your village to work or fight for you. Considering Bellwright is still in early access though, there is still a lot more polishing that needs to be done (voice acting, syncing sound animations, and optimization comes to mind), in comparison to Medieval Dynasty. I can see the potential though, and I cant wait to play more in the future!
